The cozy apartment at Grosse Parower Str. 85 (completely renovated 07-2017), 18435 Stralsund is approx. 150 meters linear distance from the beach promenade.
The 2.5-room apartment usually offers space for 4 people (alternatively 4 adults and a maximum of 2 small children) and has the following features:

Hat alles gepasst ! FeWo wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist toll, von da aus alles gut erreichbar. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Ich war beruflich in Stralsund. Die Lage nah am Klinikum war perfekt, und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Das Wasser fast direkt hinterm Haus für Spaziergänge.
Die Wohnung hat alles was mach braucht und war vollkommen ausreichend für mich.
Schön und modern eingerichtet, ich hab mich direkt Wohl gefühlt.
