The cozy 3-room apartment (completely renovated 07-2017) in the Grossen Parower Str. 85, 18435 Stralsund is approx. 150 meters air line from the beach promenade.
The 3-room apartment is usually for 4 people (alternatively 4 adults and a maximum of 2 small children) and has the following features:

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und super eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Strandbad, Supermarkt, Waschsalon alles in direkter Umgebung. Wir können die Wohnung besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt und der Lage. Gute Busanbindung mit dem 9 € Tickets wunderbar.
Die Sauberkeit und die gute Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung spricht für sich, sehr gemütlich und hell, Licht durchflutet. Wer sehr geräuchempfindlich ist muss mit dem Dielenfußboden trotzdem zurecht kommen. Aber das gehört zum Charm der Wohnung dazu. Insgesamt sehr modern eingerichtet.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich.
Abschließend jederzeit wieder. 🤗

Die Wohnung ist wirklich geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Leider waren bei der Anreise klebrige Dreckspuren schon auf der Treppe nach oben zu sehen. Insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen guten Eindruck, wenn man jedoch genauer hinschaut ist hier noch ziemlich viel Luft nach oben was die Sauberkeit betrifft. Z.B. lagen im Gefrierschrank, der deutlich sauberer hätte sein können, noch 2 Speiseeis vom Vormieter. Von welchem Vormieter genau kann ich nicht sagen. Die Dusche im oberen Badezimmer hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Matratzenauflagen im kleineren Schlafzimmer dürften auch gerne mal gereinigt werden. Alles in allem ist, wie gesagt, noch Potenzial vorhanden. Was uns richtig gestört hat sind die knarrenden Böden in der kompletten Wohnung. Man kann keinen Schritt unbemerkt machen, was natürlich am frühen Morgen oder in der Nacht besonders störend ist. Davon wird man tatsächlich auch wach! Insgesamt ist das komplette Haus sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten einen 4 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren wirklich sehr viel unterwegs. Somit war es für uns absolut in Ordnung. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich die Wohnung nur bedingt weiterempfehlen.
