A lovely flat that needs to be brought up to a better standard!

It’s a lovely spacious flat in a stylish area of Turin. A tram stop is just round the corner and it will take you dire to to the city centre. Lovely beds and a shower. A cosy living room/kitchen. A street market at your doorstep, very convenient.

The bedroom table lights should be sorted out - USB lamps with no usb sockets?? There is no iron in the apartment despite the fact it has been mentioned in the flat details. The handbook is digital and lacks the personal touch- no suggestions of attractions to visit and shops nearby to buy food. To adjust a thermostat you need to get in touch with the agency that takes it time to reply! Had to use the fans one of them was half broken.

Good but needs improvment.

The best localization ever! Very good for family - kitchen is very useful, clothes closets, two very big and comofortable beds.

We booked the apartament on early March for 9 nights. Some things: 1. In the apartment was very cold. The floor is made by ceramics tiles and is very cold. The flat is very high so turning on the heating at 3am and 11am for 2 hours is not enough. You cannot do it yourselve you have to ask the managment. Becouse outside was 8-14 regres It was really cold in the flat. 2. Sofa - we were 4 people including 4 years child. And I booked the flat becouse of two bedrooms and one sofa. When we came I heard that if I want use sofa I have to pay extra. In my opinion it is not fair becouse the sofa was in offer. And i is my decision of 4 people sleep in two beds or two beds plus sofa. 3. Turists tax and WiFi - it was not comfortbale that when we came with luggeges, child, after travel the most important for managment was to pay turists tax. Without it they did not give you WiFi and access to internet book with info about apartment. It was not comfortable becouse I paid mor than 1100€ ealier for flat and in my opinion it could wait. 4. Shower - the bathroom is very big and comfortable but it is time to change shower head. 5. Washing - it is very good to make the washing but standing washing dryer is rusty. You can hang the laundry outside but there was no Clips.

Good location with daily markets

Very good location in town, 4 bus stops to city centre and train station. There are market downstairs along the street every day, very interesting.

An excellent 2- bedroom apartment. Take it!

The apartment was comfortable and satisfied most of our needs. Including two large bedrooms with double beds. A daily market at the street provided daily fresh products. The neighborhood had everything within a few hundred metres. Stores, cafés, restaurants. Frequent trams and busses from just around the corner brought us everywhere in a short time.

We missed a cloths dryer . Regarding the reply that there is no space for it, there are in the market washing machine/dryer appliances. I have seen them in several past apartments.. And, the lavatory had a slight bad smell.

A sunny and comfortable apartment with friendly neighbours in an attractive central neighbourhood.

The apartment is pleasant with attractive decor and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the sunny aspect and the charming outlook over the balcony to the garden. Public transport and useful shops are conveniently close by. The managing agents were very responsive and sent a repairman to fix a problem the same day we reported it. The kitchen was well fitted out and fun to use. The neighbours we met during our fortnight's stay were delightful.

We would have appreciated a cleaner/newer sitting room carpet, a tumble dryer, and enough bathroom and cleaning supplies to see us through the first day. However these were minor issues with an otherwise lovely apartment.

Appartamento grande con belle camere e bagno grande, cucina ben attrezzata. Letti comodi nelle due camere e ottimi infissi che attutivano molto i rumori del mercato che viene allestito proprio sotto le camere

Il divano letto è abbastanza scomodo, inoltre sarebbe stato gentile fare trovare una bottiglia d'acqua e qualche cialda per il caffè del primo giorno. A volte piccoli dettagli migliorano il soggiorno.

Zona centrale ben servita dai mezzi, condomino pulito

Ho prenotato per 5 ospiti, sistemati in due stanze con 2 letti matrim. e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Il divano letto un po’ scarso con la struttura che si faceva sentire sotto le spalle. Un po’ troppo parsimoniosi nel fornire materiali: per i servizi igienici per 5 persone per due pernottamenti, hanno fornito 2 rotoli scarsi di carta igienica, era presente la macchinetta di caffè con appena 4 cialde. Servizio per la modifica della temperatura del riscaldamento, efficiente e puntuale. L’interlocutrice con la quale ho fatto il ceck-in, precisa, efficace e disponibile.

Soggiorno piacevole.

Bella zona quella di Crocetta. Un quartiere tranquillo con tutto quello che può servire ad un soggiorno (bar, ristoranti, negozi, ecc.)

Il bagno dovrebbe essere sistemato perché presenta delle pecche. Lasciare della carta (scottex) per la cucina non sarebbe stato male. Per fortuna non era caldissimo, altrimenti senza aria condizionata non sarebbe stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Très chouette

Quartier calme, très beau et bien désservi.

Il y a vraiment le strict minimum, on aurait aimé trouver un peu de sel, poivre, un linge de cuisine, des ciseaux, des pinces à linge pour profiter de l'étendoir.. Ce sont des détails mais ça change un peu le confort du séjour.

Non adatto a sei persone

La struttura è nel complesso carina e ben posizionata. Le camere, la cucina e il bagno spaziosi e attrezzati.

Il divano letto in cucina è stato un vero punto dolente: più che sottile, il materasso era praticamente inesistente. Dormire lì è stato impossibile. Sarebbe importante migliorarlo, perché compromette il rapporto qualità/prezzo del soggiorno, che altrimenti resta adeguato fino a 4 ospiti.

La ubicación es lo mejor. Hemos repetido estancia por ello.

El lavavajillas no lava bien, tiene las aspas y el filtro ostruidas con restos, hay que limpiarlas. Tuvimos que lavar a mano, deberían revisarlo. La limpieza regular, estaba más limpio en agosto. Había suciedad debajo sofás.
