Easy access (self check-in), even late at night, clean bathroom.

No parking nearby, uncomfortable sofa bed, still not understood why owner didn't buy a normal bed 😅 Poor sound insolation, seemed like someone next door was in our room. Unfortunately I've been unable to regolate the room temperature so it was too warm and the coffee machine was broken.

No Kettle or toaster. WHen asked we were told to use the Microwave! Even though we should adapt to local standards, it is noce occasionally to have your familiar breakfast.

No Kettle. No Toaster. For Brits not able to have a cup fo tea ina your romm is unforgivable. When a toaster and a kettle were requested we were told that no one had asked for it before and we should use the Microwave!

Very good

Safely located in a small yard behind a gate. Bed is large and very comfortable for a convertible. Floor heating is amazing, water is nice and hot. Very clean. Kitchen and bathroom sufficiently equipped, thanks for providing soap, coffee, etc. Plenty of towels. Luckily we didn't have neighbours, so I can say we were in peace. Overall better than I expected. Our friends staying at hotel royal **** nearby had a worse experience!

Details.. Could be good to add some more hooks in the bathroom for towels or they can't dry properly. Feels dark and gloomy at first with no clear window (it is on street level after all), but you get used to it. Also worth switching to warmer coloured lighting, for comfort.

Not as good as I expected

The checking is done by a self-service, so you don't arrive at any time and just use the code to get inside. The hostess was responsive with answering my messages and communication through WhatsApp, which is a good thing.

The sofa bed was pretty bad, did make some noise and the mattress is not comfortable at all, for the photos I got the impression that I would have an actual bed, not just a room with a sofa, which becomes a bed.

Location

A bed. Walls has no sound isolation at all. You can hear your neighbor using toilet...snoring...everything. My apartment was middle one. And it has door conecting other 2 appartments. The door locks have a big key lock which means you can see through. ..Had to figer out how to cover that..

Great room but no noise insulation

The property was nicely furnished clean and comfortable. The location was also good and was easy to get in.

There is no sound proofing at all, you can hear everything going on in the other rooms and was kept up until the early hours of the morning both nights we stayed by inconsiderate neighbours who were playing load music one night and noisily chatting another.

Struttura molto umida, con evidenti segni di muffa. Non proprio eccellente nella pulizia, il divano letto era intriso di polvere. C'era del caffè in cialde e della panna monodose e quest'ultima era scaduta nel gennaio del 2025 ma ci siamo accorti solo quando l'abbiamo messa nel caffè ed era ricotta in pratica.

Posizione abbastanza ottima per gli spostamenti verso il centro città. Parcheggio si trova facilmente nelle vicinanze. Self check-in comodo e veloce. Ci è stato permesso di entrare anticipatamente alle ore 12.

Le pareti sono veramente sottili, si sente ogni minimo rumore delle persone vicine. Il divano letto credo non si aprisse del tutto e perciò rimaneva leggermente concavo, con la conseguenza di essere veramente scomodo per dormire; mettere un letto sarebbe molto meglio!

Una soluzione pratica e conveniente a breve distanza dal centro.

L'host è stata precisa è chiarissima nel fornire tutte le informazioni utili per il check-in in autonomia. Ci ha lasciato un regalo di benvenuto ed è stata più che disponibile. L'alloggio era comodo, pulito, silenzioso e ottimamente collocato per muoversi con i mezzi.

Accesso indipendente e check-in da remoto molto funzionali. La comodità di non avere chiavi ma solamente un codice ci accesso.

Muffa in bagno, odore di umido. Insonorizzazione pessima (si sentiva tutto dalle stanze confinanti in quanto divise solamente da porte da interno). Il divanoletto scomodo. Il telecomando del condizionatore con display rotto. Il filo della serratura elettrica volante. Le sedie rovinate.

Solo la comunicazione dei due appartamenti ma si sente tutto perché non è isolato per niente sono dei garage

acquistato due appartamenti per una notte .. lavandino bagno non andava giù l acqua tutto tappato impossibile lavarsi i denti Muri bagno con croste e macchie di muffa e acqua sul muro Asciugamani e lenzuola sporchi, Polvere sotto a letto con residui di insetti che mi hanno punto durante la notte e il giorno dopo avvisando la propietaria se ne è lavata le mani. Sono dovuta andarmi a far visitare e prendere antistaminico Bagno pieno di muffa e odore di muffa in tutta la casa . Condizionatore non funzionate e nemmeno Tv non andava in nessuno degli appartamenti. Il giorno dopo svegliati alle 7 del mattino dall appartamento in parte sempre affittato da altre persone che magari non sapevano che c’era gente che dormiva. Un conto può essere se uno paga 50€ a notte di soggiorno ma abbiamo lasciato giù più di 160€ per poi chiedere se si poteva soggiornare fino al giorno dopo alle ore 13 e assolutamente c’è stato vietato CON LA SCUSA che dovevano far pulire l appartamento La prossima volta invece di elencare quante cose ci sono nel appartamento incluse potrebbe anche inserire tutte quelle non funzionanti e danneggiate Pessimo .

Monolocale perfetto per qualche giorno da turisti in famiglia

Ho apprezzato la cortesia di Sara che gentilmente mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni per poter accedere all'appartamento in completa autonomia. La struttura è piccola ma c'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno da turisti in famiglia. L'appartamento è a 45 minuti a piedi da Piazza Castello ma vicinissimo c'è il tram che porta nel centro storico.

Il materasso del divano letto matrimoniale è sfondato e non funzionale per una serena dormita. Le salviette non avevano un odore gradevole, il copri materasso presentava dei buchi e 2 cuscini odoravano come le salviette.

Umidità

La signora è gentile e l’appartamento è ben arredato ma c’è un fortissimo odore di umido e muffa sulle pareti (bagni cechi senza areazione). Gli asciugamani puzzavano di umido e anche se la signora gentilmente ha provveduto a sostituirli anche i secondi puzzavano come i primi. Pulizia carente. Le stanza non sono insonorizzate nascendo come garage e i muri sottili ti fanno sentire tutto quello che succede nelle stanze adiacenti.
