Comfortable, neat and clean. Very friendly and helpful service.

Breakfast not included. Lucretia very friendly and helpful. Everything promised was in the unit. Our stay was comfortable. Marcato on lower level is bonus!

The stove top not easy to operate. Could also be that we are South African and we like it more to cook on gas, but understandably difficult in a flat complex.

Really the best apartment money could buy in Torino. New and modern building, large flat with large rooms, well decorated, superb balcony. Completely equipped apartment with everything. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room. Well-lit with a large covered balcony and spectacular plants on it. On the ground floor of the building, there is a large Supermarket. In from a lot of safe parking lots covered by supermarket video surveillance. Overall not far from the city center but not reachable by foot. Eider by Taxi, public transport or with car. In the city center, there are also quite good garages available on the edge of ZTL zone.

Excellent experience to lift up your stay in Torino.

Very comfortable and super clean apartment. The hostes is very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. She explained that mid august the parking in the city is free (blue parking spaces), with enough free parking to make is easy to drive to the city center. The apartment is fully equipped, and there’s an excelent market - store in the building.

Appartamento spazioso e pulito.

L'appartamento si presenta con un arredamento nuovo e ben curato. Ottima pulizia, ambienti spaziosi e comodi. Consiglio una coperta in più in caso di necessità. Un bel terrazzo all'ottavo piano. Apprezzati i dettagli come le cialde per il caffè, lo zucchero, prodotti per la pulizia e per il bagno.

Il riscaldamento è centralizzato non puoi decidere la temperatura della casa. Non fredda ma in alcuni momenti della giornata soprattutto per il bagno avremo preferito poter accendere il riscaldamento.

Appartamento perfetto per i nostri ospiti

Il palazzo è nuovissimo e l'appartamento è meraviglioso, si vede che è stato concepito come abitazione privata, prima di essere adibito a servizio. E' curato, pulito, completo di tutto, due bagni uno con vasca e uno con doccia, due camere, una cucina abitabile completa, un soggiorno bellissimo, insomma sarà un punto di riferimento per noi d'ora in poi. La proprietaria è una persona molto disponibile e tutto il checkin-checkout è stato semplicissimo. Sotto al palazzo c'è un supermercato grande e ben fornito, e parcheggi liberi riservati a portatori di handicap, e per chi cerca una soluzione accessibile a persone in sedia a rotelle a Torino è perfetta.

Per quanto sia palazzo che appartamento abbiano ingresso accessibile a persone con sedia a rotelle, un occhio clinico noterà subito che sia il citofono, sia la cassettina della chiave accanto alla porta dell'appartamento, sono troppo alti. Questo è da tenere in considerazione per persone in sedia a rotelle che si muovono in autonomia, perchè necessita la presenza di qualcuno che possa aprire il portone e la porta di casa al primo accesso (dopo con le chiavi è più facile).

Einfach nur toll!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem. 2 tolle Bäder und eine schöne Küche. Die Lage ist super. Direkt vor der Tür fahren mehrere Busse, die einen direkt in die City fahren. Ausserdem gibt es viele Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.🥰

La propreté, l’espace, le calme, le parking gratuit, la vue dégagée.

Emplacement nécessitant 35 minutes environ pour se rendre en centre-ville. Cependant l’endroit est quand même desservi par 2 lignes de bus et le métro se trouve à 10 minutes à pied.

Tout était parfait, logement 5 étoiles.

Tout. Tout était parfait. Une propreté impressionnante. Les deux salles de bain sont d'un confort inespéré. Les chambres sont grandes. Le salon est grand aussi, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée, la propriétaire est la gentillesse incarnée. La situation géographique proche du métro. Le parking du supermarché et le fait d'avoir juste à descendre pour faire ses courses. Le lit parapluie déjà prêt à l'usage. Malheureusement avec les deux enfants en bas âge nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse... mais elle est magnifique et spacieuse. Un vrai coup de cœur. Merci mille fois à vous pour votre accueil qui restera dans nos cœurs.

Excelente apartamento com ótimo custo benefício!

O apartamento é extremamente limpo e organizado. Tem todos os utensílios necessários para uma estadia confortável. A anfitriã é muito amável. No térreo do edifício onde fica o apartamento que fica no oitavo andar tem um supermercado enorme. Estacionamento gratuito e seguro na porta. A localização não é no centro mas tem ônibus praticamente na porta. Recomendo muito!

Un appartement à recommander, qui correspondait à nos attentes

L'accueil très gentil de la propriétaire, l'appartement parfaitement équipé, très propre et spacieux, bien décoré, avec une belle vue (8e étage avec ascenseur), un parking gratuit et un supermarché au pied de l'immeuble. Et un métro accessible à une vingtaine de minutes à pied qui nous amène au centre-ville de Turin.

Bel appartement confortable

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 3 nuits grâce à l'emplacement, la vue, la climatisation du salon, la propreté, la déco, l'équipement cuisine, les 2 salles de bain pratiques, le parking. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture et tout fait en bus et à pied.

La climatisation pour les chambres située dans le couloir avait été abimée et était inutilisable mais il était possible de faire des courants d'air. Pour les personnes très sensibles aux bruits de la rue prévoir des bouchons d'oreille.

L’appartement est spacieux très adapté à notre séjour en famille.

Un des climatiseurs ne fonctionnait pas alors que les températures étaient caniculaires. Nous aurions être prévenus en avance car cela aurait pu influencer le choix de notre logement.

Tolle Wohnung für einen Stadturlaub

Freundliche Gastgeberin, grosse und geräumige Wohnung, toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Etwas ausserhalb des Trubels mit Bus Richtung Zentrum direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsladen direkt unten im Gebäude platziert (sehr leiser Betrieb). Viele öffentliche gratis Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Küche könnte eine Waage und einen Schneebesen brauchen.

La signora e molto gentile e ospitale. l'appartamento e situato in un luogo tranquillo e sotto ce un negosio grande per far la spesa. la fermata del bus e a 100 metri che vi porta subito al centro. L'appartamento e pulitisimo e comfortabile.
