We had higher expectations considered the nice reviews/rating.

Very cozy room with custom built mezzanine, friendly host.

We stayed 2 nights on a rainy week around Christmas. The apartment was very humid. It had a strong scent of wet wood that permeated all our clothing.

Home from home

A lovely, homely apartment in a friendly area that's quiet at night. Space is clearly at a premium but it has been well planned and it never felt cramped. Comfortable bed, good shower and good secure WiFi. First floor location so only a few stairs to climb. Great hosts.

It was a little way from the city centre, but only 10 minutes by tram/bus and a daily travel pass (covering trams, buses and metro) costs only €4 from the tobacconist.

Ho soggiornato tre giorni in questa struttura, dotata di tutti i comfort e ottima per una persona o una coppia. È ubicata vicino a due fermate del tram quindi si possono raggiungere diversi punti della città. Ci tengo a ringraziare Monica e Douglas per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. A presto 🥰

Primo impatto ok, poi emergono i problemi

Periodo sfortunato per cercare alloggi liberi a Torino, quindi mi accontento di quello che trovo a un prezzo ragionevole. LA posizione non è delle migliori in generale, ma per i miei scopi non è un grosso problema. La cucina è fornita quasi di tutto.

Il riscaldamento è uno split a pompa di calore che si trova posizionato sopra i pensili della cucina. Anche cercando di direzionarlo al meglio, alla fine ti ritrovi con la zona sotto gelida e la zona notte troppo calda. La ventola del bagno non funziona e ogni volta che mi facevo la doccia (anche per scaldarmi un po' le ossa) si creava una gran condensa in ogni dove causando un ambiente poi molto umido e fastidioso. Con qualche accorgimento da parte dei proprietari si potrebbero recuperare dei punti, ma assenza di posti auto va tenuta in conto e su quella c'è poco da fare.

Arredamento particolare, appartamento non grande ma spazio ben sfruttato.

Ricambio d'aria difficile, ma anche poco migliorabile. Accesso al letto a soppalco non comodissimo.

Una piccola chicca nella bella Torino

Un appartamento molto grazioso, arredato con cura e assai accogliente. Cosa decisamente apprezzabile, si trova in una zona silenziosa ed affaccia sul lato Interno lontano dalla strada e da altri rumori potenzialmente molesti. Molto carina l'idea del soppalco con la particolare volta a botte che riporta il visitatore un po' indietro nel tempo. Si nota in ogni particolare dell'appartamento la cura con la quale questa struttura è stata concepita. Il mio giudizio è pertanto molto positivo.

La mancanza del bidet è in effetti un po' limitante ma ci si abitua per qualche giorno

Tudo Ótimo !

Tudo ! Foi um mimo ! Pequeno, limpo e muito confortável, com tudo que precisamos. Gostei também cama e almofadas. O sítio sossegado, com cafés, lojas e mercados perto. Conheci a cidade à pé, mesmo com elétrico a passar com frequência 👍😁. É pena não ficar mais tempo. Muito Obrigada à Monica e Douglas !
