Centrally located apartment, cutely equipped, but definitively too noisy for a good stay
Very friendly and helpful welcome by host, with top tipps for the city. Only 15 mins per foot to historic center and just a few stations with metro from Porta Nova or even less from Porta Susa. Good supermarkets nearby. Safe entry with chip, lift available. Very small but lovingly equipped apartment, modernly equipped. Very nice and modern bathroom, shower with wooden floor panels. Comfortable bed.
Despite other reviews the apartment was very poorly isolated, so the noise from the 4-lane-mainstreet got unfiltered into the room. The tram from nearby station even brought the walls sometimes to vibrate. I am also irritated by reviews mentioning a view of the Alps - directly in front of the room there is another 10story building. The little kitchen area was functional, but also partly really too small to be convenient. Also pots or cutlery are advised to be cleaned by guests when leaving the apartment, and they were really not clean at all, so cleaning before using is advised. The provided kettle is a cheap plastic product smelling badly of plastic by-products. Waste is advised to be disposed before leaving (by leaflet in kitchen) - no biggy, but compared to apartment price and included price for end cleaning, okay not okay.

Lovely apartment, great host
Location is great, walking distance to the center & the train station. I loved the attention to details in the apartment - relatively small, but everything was so well thought. We did not miss anything during our stay. Last, but not least, Adriana is such a great host, super helpful! We’ll definitely choose the same place if we’re back in Torino!

Stanza con vasca perfetta, peccato per l'insonorizzazione
Stanza piccola ma con tutti i comfort. La vasca idromassaggio una chicca di relax. Accoglienza all'arrivo con kit di benvenuto molto apprezzati. Disponibile fornello, microonde, bollitore, ecc. Posizione eccellente, c'è la fermata a 2 minuti a piedi con tram e bus che in meno di 10 minuti ti portano in centro o a Porta Nuova, Porta Susa invece è 5 minuti a piedi. Collegato bene anche a Venaria.
Unica grande pecca, che non ha però rovinato il soggiorno, è che purtroppo c'è una totale assenza di isolamento acustico tra le stanze anche se su booking la stanza era descritta come insonorizzata. Infatti si sentivano per esempio il russare e la macchinetta del caffè dalla stanza affianco.

Per un perfetto week end a Torino!
Soggiorno più che perfetto per un week end a Torino, in una zona molto tranquilla e centrale. Abbiamo prenotato con degli amici due appartamenti vicinissimi, impeccabili, perfettamente equipaggiati, e dalla pulizia eccezionale. La struttura è dotata di ascensore e c'è solo una piccola rampa di scale per arrivare alle stanze. Adriana è stata a dir poco fantastica, sempre gentilissima e disponibilissima, la ringraziamo di cuore. Certamente raccomandabile per un soggiorno in questa splendida città.
