Amazing staying in Turin

Wonderful stay and a great way to spend our daughter's first vacation.

Honestly, it was a great experience. Our host was proactive in reaching out to us to make sure that everything was clear and well-understood. She went to the extra effort to arrange parking as we were driving in at night with a young baby. They were very very accommodating for our young family and we were quite grateful to them for facilitating our first family vacation. Perfect location for Turin in walking distance to everything one would want to see. Great cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Very appreciative for the patience and help on their side.

There's not much I would change. Only thing might be for babies there are steps up to the main bedroom which could be a bit complicated. Easily resolved though and didn't impact our stay. Patience with baby was appreciated.

Beautiful apartment, in the heart of the city.

The apartment was generally fine, but there were a few things worth noting. On weekends, there’s quite a bit of noise from the street, which might bother light sleepers. There’s also a window from the apartment to the house staircase, and light shines through it all night — if you plan to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, I’d recommend bringing a sleep mask. The door between the bedroom and living room doesn’t fully close, which can be inconvenient. Lastly, some of the dishes were still dirty from previous guests (even though they had been put away as clean), so it would be good if the cleaner double-checked them.

Excellent, would stay again

Really nice apartment with everything you needed for a stay including a steamer for my creased shirts and a washing machine. Location was amazing. Easy to self check in with straight forward instructions sent by the host. Lovely balcony overlooking the street below. Thorughly enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Just a little bit noisy at night but its what you would expect being in the centre of Turin.

Great place in Torino

The apartment was in a good location, had everything we needed. There's supermarket just around the corner. Roberta was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our time very much.

The property was elegant and clean and sufficient for our needs. Use of a washer was extremely helpful and the balcony is charming. Host was responsive. Location was perfect.

Safe Neighbourhood with friendly locals.

Nice building; Apartment offered good facilities overall and is in a safe neighbourhood. Great hanging space for our clothes. The extra fan proved invaluable as AC was not enough for the very high temperatures experienced during our stay in Turin. Loved the water filter! Nice little balcony.

Self-checkin is never very welcoming but it was well organised. Unfortunately the sofa was very uncomfortable and too soft for us. The positioning of the TV, behind the sofa, means you have to sit on a hard kitchen chair to view or drag the sofa around which wasn’t possible.

Lovely apartment in great location

Comfortable apartment in great location. Good communication from the hosts. Met our expectation and was generally everything we could have hoped for.

Sofa bed sagged a bit and there could have been better utensils in the kitchen e.g. something between a butter knife and a massive butcher knife. Really minor issues though.

Great and cosy apartament, for family or couple. Super host!

We were so happy to finish our holidays in Italy in this amazing apartament, that is in great place, very cosy, have everything you would need and mostly - an amazing host, that was very easy to contact, gave as a lot of information about places to visit or eat and also helped booking an early taxi to airport. Absolutely recommend.

Great- good value accommodation.

The location was very good. Easy access on bus from the airport. Close to good restaurants, bars and the city. The apartment itself was very nicely decorated, everything very clean and fresh. Heating very good and water always hot when you needed it. Host was easily accessible and very helpful with tips of where to go and what to see. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would return and recommend to friends.

nice place but check in process could be improved

very clean and renovated property, very good wifi, comfortable temperature (in winter), comfortable bed.

day-of arrival coordination/ check-in was by phone and i was unable to contact the host because of unexpectedly lost cellular service. the host did her best to meet me but it was difficult to be in touch without wifi or cellular service and frustrating to wait in the cold at the end of a long day. maybe not an issue for most travelers but a lockbox or self-check in would be a valuable improvement to avoid this kind of situation.

A warm home in Turin

The host, Roberta, is very very welcoming. She is full time available for directions and info. The building is wonderful, the location great, at two walking steps from the heart of the city and full of very nice dining out places. The room was very clean and fully equipped. We are traveling with a dog and we forgot to tell Roberta. She just took a bowl from the drawer and prepared it for our dog. Very appreciated.

Nothing really important. The bedroom and the toilet are not on the same floor (there are a set of stairs in the loft).

Italian hospitality and nice apartment

Roberta and Manuela are very friendly and helpful. They reply quickly on messages and give good recommendations. The apartment was spacious and very clean. We were 4 people (two in bed and two in sofa-bed) and it was very comfortable. The apartment is close to the city center but also on a nice and quiet piazza.
