The location of the property was super. Close to the historic centre and transport hubs and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and good working air conditioning. Large bathroom and great shower. Elisa was very helpful and the check in procedure was smooth and easy.

Location was excellent - near the Porta Susa rail station and, unbeknownst to us, right around the corner from a laundromat, weekday market with fresh fruits/vegetables, and close to a small grocery store. Bus/tram lines run right along the street in front of our building although it was only a 10–15-minute walk to the more historic areas of town. The bathroom was spacious and all of its facilities worked well; the kitchen was pretty well-equipped and had an interesting dish drying rack in a cabinet above the sink. The host was very kind and responsive and helped us with our luggage up and later down the first flight of stairs; the elevator works only from the 2nd floor (US term) up.

We thought from the photos of the unit (we were in the C unit) that the sofa bed was more separated from the bedroom; they were in the same room. However, the room was large and the beds were comfortable - it ended up not being a problem. The entryway/courtyard looked a bit shabby and some doors needed repair, but the unit was clean/updated, and we felt safe. Not being able to pay for the city tax with a credit card either in advance or on-site. It must be paid in cash on-site.

The apartment was stylish, comfortable and perfectly located. Elisa gave fantastic recommendations which were essential for our short visit and to experience the charm of Turin. The love and care for the apartment and passion for the city made it a special visit.

The apartment is big and a fabulous place to return after a day exploring. I spent five nights here in the middle of a heatwave and it was cool, there were shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores close by. Porta Susa is a five minute walk away. It’s very convenient. The hosts are fabulous - great communication, proactive, fixed things if there was an issue. Would definitely stay here again.
