Lovely, homely - we were made very welcome!

Very comfortable. Very close to the station. Ample supply of tea/coffee/milk. There are good restaurants in the area!! Owners (and their lovely neighbours) went out of their way to accommodate our arrival time.

An additional blanket would have made it perfect.

I felt home. I would absolutely recommend.

I was on a diet and to be able to prepare my own breakfast and dinner was vital for me. The espresso machine was very fast and easy to use and the coffee good. The kettle and the microwave oven were indispensable. The location is wonderful for working at Politecnico and for coming by train (walking distance from Torino Porta Susa railway station) The house was very beautiful and comfortable, I liked the furniture, the decorations, the pictures on the walls... that made me feel at home and kept me happy, calm and focussed.

Nothing! Well, to look desperately for something: i don't like the smell of certain foods, but this happens to me in EVERY house, included mine!

One night stay sufficient

Good communication with owner about me arriving late and speak good English. Everything was nice and clean but room a little warm. Good work desk. It is a shared kitchen and lounge (if you want) with the owners.

No hot water both mornings, so no shower. Owner said that happens sometimes. Owners stuff still in the bathroom which was weird. Breakfast very very basic for the room price.

Didn't stay; we were told by a grouchy old man that we didn't have a reservation (we prepaid)

Nothing.

We arrived early (noonish) and couldn't find the hotel. I called and spoke with an angry, grouchy old man who spoke no English. I had a nearby shopkeeper talk with him and he told her that we needed to push the button on the building directory to be let into the B&B (which is apparently simply a room in someone's apartment?) We did that and there was no answer. We called again and the same old man told another helpful shopkeeper that we had no reservation and to come back when his son was home. (We had a prepaid reservation through Booking[dot]com.) We decided we didn't want to stay in an apartment with an old man who clearly didn't want us there. In the meantime, we found a wonderful room at a lovely hotel around the corner for the same price. We finally got a message from the B&B at 8:20 p.m. asking when we would be arriving. I have notified Booking [dot] com about a refund for our nonstay at this so-called B&B, but have yet to hear back. I don't know how this place ended up on Booking[dot]com with such good reviews, but I'd be careful about planning a stay here.

clean and close proximity to train station. Carla, the host was great. Gave good recommendations of restaurants and suggestions of things to see. A great stay!

Spare room in someone's home, not a B&B room.

Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Location was great for the station - 1 min walk.

Not at all what I was expecting. I thought I had a booked a room in a B&B but was instead met with a spare room in someone's home. This should be an Airbnb rather than a booking.com. The room was OK - not massively clean or comfortable. I had also booked a family sized room for 1 person and when I added another person to the booking I had to pay €40 extra... for what exactly? I already had 3 beds to use and ample space for a second guest. Breakfast is also nothing to write home about and I don't think the stay can be classed with "breakfast included".

The host were super warm, welcoming and helpful and they spoke good English. The location is 7 minutes walk from the metro station and a 5 minutes walk to the main intercity bus station. The place was very clean, quiet and with good Wifi.

Struttura accogliente. Da rivedere la pulizia

Posizione ottima. A due passi dalla fermata della metro e dalla stazione di Porta Susa. Il quartiere dove si trova la struttura è CIT TURIN, pieno di negozi e attività. L’host è risultato essere una persona disponibile gentile. Ottima comunicazione.

La pulizia della strutturata deve essere più accurata. Nella stanza e negli spazi comuni non c’è la presenza di una televisione.

Tutto bene, la consiglio

Tutto bene, casa molto bella e con il bonus di essere colma di oggetti e libri interessanti ovunque, che fanno sentire in una casa vissuta piuttosto che in una struttura asettica "progettata" per l'affitto breve

Unica pecca, non dipendente dalla struttura in sé, è la difficoltà di parcheggio in zona, che la rende leggermente scomoda (ma assolutamente non impossibile) per chi si muove in auto. Risulta tuttavia assolutamente perfetta se ci si muove con mezzi pubblici per la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria

Poca sicurezza camera, la propria camera si chiudeva con un semplice passe-partout e gli asciugamani disponibili erano tutti colorati e di forme diverse e non sembrava molto igienico, in un asciugamano marrone purtroppo ho trovato un capello biondo scuro
