Good communication with owner about me arriving late and speak good English. Everything was nice and clean but room a little warm. Good work desk.
It is a shared kitchen and lounge (if you want) with the owners.
No hot water both mornings, so no shower. Owner said that happens sometimes.
Owners stuff still in the bathroom which was weird.
Breakfast very very basic for the room price.
