Amazing apartment in Turin!

Great room and apartment in the centre of Turin close to public transport and all significant sites. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfortable, I had a great nights sleep here. Bathroom and kitchen also fantastic. Emanuele was punctual and great at communicating, he gave me a fantastic good recommendation. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Turn 👍

A surprisingly restful spot, in a bustling city!

The location was ideal for transit and fairly central yet peaceful most of the time. Even with a restaurant next door, I wasn't super annoyed by noise, though I easily am aggravated by such things. Loved how peaceful the back garden was and how the kitchen provided all necessities. Top notch service with a friendly daily cleaning crew. My bed was comfortable, and my bad back makes that a rare find. I loved the huge amount of storage space. Any request or question I had was attended to quickly and politely. I felt myself at home and was amazed to not have issues with a shared bathroom. I can be a bit of a bathroom hog but never had conflict with other travelers. It was a bonus to be able to do laundry as well. I'm definitely booking with Emmanuele again when I return to Torino. He was so helpful and friendly.

A few times people on the street out front would smoke, and that floated straight into my open window. The main street can be a bit noisy during the day but didn't disturb my sleep.

Uncomfortable because of the shared bathroom. Inconvinient because of the late check-in. Overpriced.

Check in at 5pm is absolutely outrageous. We payed 230 euros for one night, for a room with SHARED bathroom, which was not clear until we arrived. They wanted us to pay additional 19 euros for an 'early' check in. There was laundry washing in the machine, and hanging on the balcony. We felt as if we barged in someone's house uninvited. The room was practicaly on the loud street, so we couldn't sleep. It was overall the most uncomfortable experience in my life.

Great accommodation and stay. Welcoming host and staff.

The property is wonderful. The person welcoming me was also very accommodating, as I arrived later than planned, when the taxi took me to the wrong Casa Ganduia. Also the person to come in morning to clean was so unbelievably lovely. She made a coffee for me and helped to tell which taxi was best to book. What a kindness.

Nul je suis parti avant la datte de départ

Le propriétaire qui se permet de me réveiller pour me dire que le chauffage est anormalement haut et qu’il faut le baisser à 17 degrés (nous sommes en hivers), il est également écrit que c’est un logement entier mais à l’arrivé il nous dis que c’est un logement partagé et il a passé l’entièreté de son temps dans le logement à parler fort au téléphone. Les machines à lavés tournent constamment toute la nuit impossible de dormir.

The host operated the cloths dryer at inconvenient times. Late at night and early morning for up to 2 hours when guests were trying to rest and sleep.

Ottima posizione ma attenti al bagno in comune

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, quindi ideale per chi vuole visitare la città senza utilizzare i mezzi pubblici. Il principale punto a favore è sicuramente la sua ubicazione. È presente una piccola veranda esterna, utile soprattutto per i fumatori. All’interno l’appartamento dispone di lavatrice e asciugatrice, ma va segnalata l’assenza del riscaldamento: durante il mio soggiorno le temperature erano basse e i termosifoni vengono accesi solo da metà ottobre. Il proprietario è comunque disponibile a trovare soluzioni alternative

Un aspetto che dovrebbe essere meglio specificato nell’annuncio è la condivisione del bagno: in realtà si tratta di una stanza privata all’interno di un appartamento con altre due camere, con un unico bagno in comune. Questo comporta che non sempre il livello di pulizia sia garantito, dato che dipende anche dagli altri ospiti. In un paio di giornate, ad esempio, mi è capitato di trovare il bagno sporco o con indumenti lasciati all’interno.

Passables Appartement, aber schlechter Gastgeber

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bahnstation Porta Susa. Auch die Ausstattung des Appartements mit Küche, einem kleinen hofseitigen Balkon und einer Waschmaschine im Bad hat mir gefallen.

Unser Vermieter war leider sehr unfreundlich und sogar aggressiv. Er hat sich beschwert, weil wir das Haus betreten haben, ohne auf sein Kommen zu warten. Wir taten das, weil eine Anrainerin vor uns das Haus betrat und wir ihr folgten, um nicht draußen warten zu müssen. Dann beschwerte er sich, weil wir nicht direkt auf der Booking.com-App eingecheckt haben. Ich kannte das System so nicht und wollte ihm per Mail schreiben, was nicht funktionierte. Er schimpfte und sagte mir drei Mal "Everybody can do that", als wäre ich schwachsinnig. Kurz nach uns kam eine Frau an, die sich aber ebenfalls nicht ausgekannt hatte. Auch gegenüber ihr verhielt er sich aggressiv. Der dritte Gast hatte nicht einmal eine Booking.com-App am Handy. Zum Schluss bezahlte er uns in dem Restaurant nebenan einen Meloncello. Wahrscheinlich befürchtete er eine schlechte Rezension und versuchte so, alles wieder gutzumachen.

チェックインが面倒くさかったです。シティタックスの支払いは別途Vikeyというサイトでまた一から名前やID、IDの写真などを登録する必要があり、ID写真撮影などもクセがあって使いづらいサイトです。シティタックスの支払いが終わったら、玄関前で時間を合わせて待ち合わせなので、チェックインの時間ちょうどに行かなければならない。また荷物預かりと書かれていたのに、このような形式だから荷物は先に預けることは不可能。おまけに洗濯機があったが、オーナーが自分で使っていて使えない。使いたいと言ったのに自分の洗濯物を洗っていた。夜中の１２時ごろまで、乾燥機の音が気になって、耳栓をして寝た。さらに歩いて来て少し暑かったので、エアコンを使おうとしたら「熱くないんだから使うな」と言われた。アパートメントタイプはAirBnbなどで使ったことがあるがもっとスマートなチェックインだし、オーナーの洗濯物がランドリーマシンを占領している事はなかった。もう二度と来ることはない。

Deludente e fraintendibile

La casa era molto pulita accogliente e la posizione é ottima sotto ogni punto di vista

Tutta la struttura non é conforme a quello che viene specificato dato che le stanze non superano nemmeno i 16 m² quando nell'annuncio c'è scritto che sono da 25 (anche parlando con tutti gli altri coinquilini in questi giorni della nostra permanenza) e oltretutto non é conforme per le normative sul numero di persone massime per metri quadrati (da decreto si richiedono almeno 14 m² per persona per i primi 4 abitanti e 10 m² per ciascuno dei successivi), e per il numero di bagni, in quanto ne è presente solo uno per 6 persone nonostante la normativa ne preveda almeno 2 dai 4 ospiti. Ho parlato personalmente con tutti i nostri coinquilini e tutti avevano capito (dato che nell'annuncio é stato specificato così) che l'appartamento era, cito testualmente come riportato nell'annuncio: Tutto per te. questa cosa é stata confermata anche dall'oste stesso che durante una telefonata ha detto che la responsabilità del fraintendimento è di booking Inoltre ci sono stati dei problemi con la luce e con l'acqua calda e soprattutto nell'annuncio c'è scritto che la stanza è dotata di aria condizionata, ma in realtà è presente soltanto nel corridoio. Ciò rende impossibile anche provare a raffrescare la stanza in quanto si dovrebbe tenere la stanza aperta in presenza di sconosciuti. Oltrettutto quando siamo arrivati c'erano piatti sporchi messi in mezzo ai piatti puliti In sintesi, la permanenza é stata sgradevole e non conforme a quanto descritto.

Posizione comodissima: a due passi dalla stazione di porta susa (e quindi alla metro) e alle fermate di bus che ti portano in centro. L’appartamento molto bello, curato, pulito. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e presente per ogni necessità.

Perfekt für eine Nacht mit Weiterreise im Zug

Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war unkompliziert und professionell. Er ist wirklich bemüht, einem alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Täglich wird die Unterkunft geputzt und es ist alles sauber. Es steht eine Küche zur Verfügung, die alles enthält, was man braucht (inkl. Kühlschrank und Abwaschmaschine). Je Zimmer erhält man einen halben Liter Wasser, was für die erste Nacht sehr gut ist. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass man seine Wäsche waschen kann (auch Tumbler vor Ort). Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe am Bahnhof, was für eine Weiterreise im Zug super ist. Mein Fahrrad konnte ich sicher versorgen.

Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer zur Strasse hin und das war mir eindeutig zu lärmig (Autos, Krankenwagen, laut schwatzende Fussgänger). Also wer Ruhe will nachts, unbedingt auf das Zimmer in den Hof bestehen. Ich fand das Badezimmer für bis 6 Personen zum Teilen nicht so angenehm. Klar, geht man da hintereinander rein, aber ich würde das so nicht mehr wollen. Ich musste ein paar Mal warten, weil es lange besetzt war und wenn nachts andere rein und rausgingen, war das in meinem Zimmer unüberhörbar.

Ottima positione

Una camera in appartamento condiviso con altre 2 camere da letto (bagni e cucina in comune) a due passi dalla stazione Porta Sousa e della linea metro. La location è molto comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto, il centro e la zona fiera Lingotto. La casa è molto pulita e il personale gentilissimo. Al mio arrivo ho trovato 2 bottigliette d'acqua nel frigo. La chiave si può ottenere facilmente con la procedura self check-in oppure il gestore passa a darle. Sotto casa c'è un bar e un ristorante pizzeria. Poco più in la molti altri locali.

Siccome ci sono tre camere doppie, il bagno condiviso in 6 persone può risultare poco confortevole, anche perché non ci sono i servizi separati.

Mi viaje a Turín!

Éste hospedaje está a unas cuadras de la estación de trenes y camiones... para llegar al centro histórico solo tomas un bus y ya... El rumbo excelente de primera clase con pequeños bares y restaurantes Emanuelle, el anfitrión es excelente persona y siempre está pendiente de todo. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Le porte cigolavamo ma sono sicura che il proprietario attento avrà provveduto. Il bagno un po’ datato. Dipende nelle altre camere se i clienti sono rispettosi del silenzio.
