A place with old world charm.

Very nice location convenient bus stop right in front of the apartment. Apartment is on the third floor, but you can use the elevator to go up. Very nice old world decor with books and paintings.

Just a place to sleep. Kitchen has a few dishes and pots No coffee maker just a kettle to boil water on the stove. 2-4 blocks to walk to a restaurant or grocery market. there are two bathrooms but only one of them has a toilet. The other one has a wash machine, but no dryer and there is a laundromat about two blocks away. You are also expected to separate and take out your own trash.

Trasandato e grossolano

L'appartamento è in una bella posizione, grande e con un gradevole arredo antico che è veramente bello da vedere. Il condominio dispone di adeguati sistemi di accessibilità e di sicurezza.

La pulizia in particolare della cucina è l'aspetto più dolente e meno accettabile. Odori sgradevoli che si diffondono nella zona di ingresso di cui non si conosce l'origine, attrezzi e elettrodomestici unti e sporchi. Insetti sul piano di lavoro. Pavimento in piastrelle bianche che solo dopo ripetuti lavaggi è tornato bianco. In seconda battuta va fatta una riflessione sul secondo bagno, che viene venduto come tale ma che, in realtà, è una lavanderia con doccia e vasca privo di wc. E per finire i serramenti esterni sono stati riverniciati sommariamente e sono dotati solo di vetro singolo. Pertanto non riparano né dal freddo né dal caldo e sembra di essere letteralmente a bordo strada.Una integrale sostituzione dei serramenti esterni come pure delle porte interne, conferirebbe alla casa un miglior confort termico e acustico oltre che un aspetto più curato e gradevole. Gli aspetti sopra evidenziati danno alla casa un senso di incuria e abbandono ed è un vero peccato perché ha un potenziale enorme.

L’appartamento era sporco, e i bagni non sono 2 ma 1 in quanto il secondo bagno è privo di wc. Il divano letto presente il soggiorno era molto scomodo e non sarebbe male aggiungere qualche coperta in più..
