Comfortable stay!

Excellent location. The apartment has modern and functional kitchen and bathroom facilities. Ideal for a couple or solo traveler. The instructions provided are very clear and easy to follow.

A quiet place in the heart of the city

Great location in the city center, nearby Montagne de Bueren. Quite big balcony. Big bathroom. Clean. Kitchenette well equipped. The windows overlook a very quiet garden/yard. You can walk along the bridges over the streets of the city from one closed courtyard to another. Secure parking place and helpful owner. Supermarket nearby.

The first time entering the house and access to the parking lot is a bit complicated, but that is due to the location.

Good spot, poor execution

The location is really good, in the middle of town and at the same time a quiet place. Directions were really good and clear. The apartment is nice and modern the balcony was nice too (we had some good weather). If you like watching TV, a big screen is present. Bathroom is adjoining the bedroom/living room, which makes this place more suitable for couples instead of 3 friends

We booked this place for 3 people but there was only one double bed. We had an inflatable matrass (of our own) so one could sleep on the floor, but that is not wat you expect. There was no toilet paper at all and it was not as clean as we would like. Bathroom mirror full of toothpast spots and stil shampoo foam in the shower. The rest was reasonably clean though.

The location is great in the centre of the town. The apartment is, although in the centre of the town, very quiet. The facilities in the apartment are good. In summertime it must be even more better with the balcony.

For an elderly couple, not used to smart TV it was difficult to use the TV. The instructions were not clear enough. Without instructions it was not possible for me to use the oven. The information via booking.com about the check-inn was confusing.

Tivemos dificuldade pra encontrar o prédio e o anfitrião não foi nada agradável nem prestativo. Um senhor q toma conta do condomínio é q nos ajudou, embora o anfitrião tenha desligado a ligação. As informações deveriam estar claras desde a reserva, mas ficamos horas no frio até conseguirmos entrar no apartamento

Die Lage

Es ist leider renovierungsbedürftig und riecht sehr muffig. Dreckige Wände. Schimmel auf den Balkon und im Bad. Das Appartement war nicht sauber, verkaltker Wasserhahn. Toilette von der Mauer gerissen. Die Bettwäsche war nicht frisch. Handtücher mit Flecken wurden bereit gelegt. Die versprochene Parkfreikarte lag nicht bereit. Habe über 60 Euro Parkgebühr bezahlt. Sehr enttäuscht, nächstes Mal wieder hotel.

De locatie midden in het centrum!

Te weinig glaswerk, geen afwasteil en geen gebruiksaanwijzing voor oven/kookplaat. Mijn tip voor de sleutels is om ze te merken met een kleurtje zodat ze snel te herkennen zijn.

Exclente departamento para una estancia en Liege. Lo recomiendo.

El apartamento es precioso, con la cocina super completa, bien decorado, baño super comodo y completo, tiene un balcón y ventanas que dan a un enorme patio interno del edificio que es muy lindo, por lo que es silencioso. La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la ópera, cerca de todo y con todos los mediso de transporte en la puerta. A la vuelta del mismo edificio hay un supermercado, enfrente un centro comercial, muchos restaurantes y bares cerca. Inmejorable.

L'accès, un vrai labyrinthe, pour la 1er fois ( bien que les indications étaient claires ) . Et la remontée du parking à pied, pas évidente ; on ne savait pas qu'il fallait utiliser les clefs, nous sommes sorties quand même :)

La situation Studio éclairé Même s’il n’y a aucun contact personnel, le propriétaire communique bien les informations . C’est complexe d’y accéder, mais c’est sécuritaire et un beau jardin

Le plancher n’était pas propre. C’est un peu erroné d’indiquer 2 lits…il n’y a qu’un vieux futon Un balcon c’est un plus mais tellement malpropre que l’on n’a pas le goût de l’utiliser. Grosse musique à côté

Charmant petit logement

L'appartement est très lumineux et vraiment bien placé. Très spacieux pour un couple et un enfant. Le petit plus est la terrasse plein sud. Un grand écran plat. Quelle bonne surprise.

Une petite petite touche de ménage supplémentaire sous le lit serait judicieux. Je pense qu'il faudrait changer les parures de draps. Même s'ils elles étaient propre et sentaient bon la lessive c'est moins agréable de se coucher dans des draps vraiment tachés et je pense que la literie a fait son temps. Et autre bémol il serait important de mettre un matelas pour le lit parapluie pour le confort de l'enfant comme dans tout autre hébergement.(airbnb,hotel...) Ce ne sont que des critiques constructives car nous sommes quand même ravis du temps passé dans votre logement.

- tökéletes elhelyezkedés (gyalog megközelíthető az összes látni való a belvárosban) - biztonságos ( az érkezésnél le is igazoltatott minket a rendőrség :-( !!!!! ) - közelben (80m) kitűnően felszeret élelmiszerbolt - a lakáshoz tartozó parkoló jól megközelíthető és hatalmas ( Hummerrel is mehettünk volna)

- körülményes bejutás (főleg ha sok a bőrönd) - egy festéssel egybekötött padló csiszolás erősen référne a bérleményre - hatalmas TV de csatornák és internet nincs!!! - alkalmanként magától meginduló WC folyás ( ami éjjel igen zavaró) - az erkélyen mohás és penészes a műfű

Appartement très bien localisé, moderne et propre

L’emplacement sur la place saint Lambert qui est idéal pour visiter l’ensemble de la ville à pieds. L’appartement est bien équipé, ce qui permet de cuisiner. Très fonctionnel

Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dal Teatro dell’Opera.

Check in scadente, abbiamo seguito le istruzioni chiamando al citofono ma nessuno ha risposto, nonostante provassi a chiamare su whatsapp l’host, che ha risposto solo dopo 2/3 ore. Per fortuna un signore ci ha fatto entrare nel residence riuscendo così ad arrivare alla cassaforte con le chiavi per entrare nell’appartamento. Pulizia 8/10 - pulita ma non pulitissima

chouette petit week end à Liège.

j'ai déjà séjourné dans les 2 studios,( studio des princes et les jardins suspendus). le studio des princes est mieux équipé,et mieux aménagé. La vue sur la place st Lambert est jolie,.. mais il est plus bruyant. Les jardins suspendus est différent, moins "chic" il est super bien placé, très calme et agréable. La salle de bain est agréable, le soleil était présent dans le studio. En hiver, c'est agréable.

Il manque un peu de vaiselle. Celle-ci n'était pas net, du aux locataires précédents, je supose. Le gros point noir fut la tv. un bien bel écran,bcp de chaines mais la tv se coupe sans arrêt, c'est pénible. Impossible de regarder un film.
