SCAM + DIRTY = AVOID! 🚩

The only thing I liked was leaving before planned.

🚩🚩🚩PLEASE READ CAREFULLY before you book it: 1. the host tried to SCAM us asking us to pay 5€ cash on site, apparently for a “tourist tax” (which DOES NOT exist) 2. there’s NO DOORS in the apartment. Before going there with someone else, make sure you’re comfortable with public pooping 3. the stairs handrail is broken and very UNSAFE, and I mean barely legal. Good luck if you’re carrying a big luggage/trolley. 4. Cleanliness was an option. The floor was OILY, the mattress had stains and HAIRS on it. Under the bed there were a dusty carpet, shoes and hairs. We were also visited by a BUG and we slept on the smelly couch. 5. the Wi-Fi wasn’t good at all in the sleeping room. 6. the host told us that we could check in at 16:00 (even if it says 15:00 on Booking). He didn’t speak (or want to speak) any English, didn’t admit any responsibility and didn’t want to give us any money back, although we left one day earlier. If you’re still booking this, we have very different standards in matter of professionality, ethics and cleanliness. Have a mice (yes, mice) stay

Parfait

Super séjour ! L’appartement est idéalement situé en plein hyper-centre avec une belle vue sur la Meuse. Tout est à deux pas : commerces, bars et restaurants. Parfait pour profiter de la ville et des soirées animées.

Appartement 2eme étage vétuste.

L'emplacement Centre Ville. Parking à proximité.

Accès par escalier vétuste et dangereux pour un 2eme étage (rembarde fragile et marches étroites ). Directive du propriétaire demandant de couper le chauffage la nuit !!!! Salle de bain exigu et vétuste.

Appartement niet geschikt voor 60 plussers of mensen die moeilijk te been zijn.

Bed, douche, verwarming, Wifi en TV waren OK. En het is echt ideaal en centraal gelegen vlakbij ( 50meter ) het huis van Toerisme, zondagmarkt La Batte en Parking Cité welke men van tevoren kan reserveren aan een redelijk prijs.

Zetels in salon echt niet comfortabel. Badkamer; vloer voelt kleverig aan. Verschrikkelijk versleten antieke trap met loshangende leuning naar app. welk op tweede verdieping gelegen is.

Acceptable mais pas irréprochable

L'emplacement était idéal pour nous. Proche de la gare St Lambert et du départ du marathon. Restaurants et bars à proximité. Globalement, c'était propre et confortable.

La salle de bain n'est pas très optimale et est remplie de trucs pour le ménage. Il y a un gros coffre juste au dessus des toilettes, on a tous tapé la tête dessus... Si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, oubliez cet appartement car l'escalier est "sportif". Au final, le rapport prestation/prix n'est pas le meilleur de la ville.

Kaum zuzumutende Immobilie, verantwortungsloser Vermieter

Die Lage

Wir hatten eine frühe Ankunft bei Buchung avisiert, die Ankunftszeit wurde bei der Buchung bestätigt. Es kam vor der Ankunft keine Information, wie wir die Schlüssel erhalten. Leider war bei Erscheinen vor Ort niemand zu erreichen. Erst nach Kontakt über WhatsApp bzw. Mail kam ein Rückruf. Eine Person wurde daraufhin vom Vermieter beauftragt, uns den Schlüssel zu überbringen. (Dauer bis wir nach Ankunft Zugang zur Wohnung hatten: ca. 1 Stunde) Die Wohnung war seit längerem nicht gründlich gereinigt. Und das ist auch nach der Schlüsselübergabe unterblieben. Die Küchenzeile war sehr schmutzig. Der Tisch schmierig, Fenster dreckig, teils nicht zur öffnen. Das Bad nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. (Ich verzichte bei der Schilderung auf widerliche Details der Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter). Die Bettlaken hatten Flecken, waren ungebügelt. Die Handtücher waren ungewaschen noch in der Verpackung. Für 2 Personen war ein Badehandtuch vorhanden, das über dem Wäscheständer bei den Putzmitteln lag und evtl. schon mal benutzt war. Das Treppengeländer war nicht mehr fest, die Treppenstufen zwischen 1. und 2 Etage sehr abgenutzt. Nachtrag: Der Vermieter schließt eine Rückerstattung der Übernachtungskosten wegen Verschmutzung aus. Geben Sie im Fall eines vollkommen ungereinigten Appartements nach erfolgloser Reklamation sofort die Abbuchung bei Ihrer Kreditkartenfirma zurück und suchen Sie eine andere Unterkunft!!!!!

Appartement très bien situé au centre ville, commerces à proximité . Lit confortable et propre. Belle vue sur la Meuse.
