This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has an ideal location right in the city center!
The apartment
It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its double bed in the bedroom as well as the convertible sofa in the living room. Entrance is via the kitchen (fully equipped) and the functional bathroom (with bathtub/shower and WC). The rest of the apartment is divided into two identical rooms: the living room and the bedroom.
If you are traveling as a group, please note that it is in the same house as the two identical studios: Clarisses 1 and Clarisses 2.
The accommodation has a Wi-Fi connection sufficient for checking emails but not for teleworking.
Access
Located on the third floor of a mansion, accessible only by stairs.
The neighborhood
Rue des Clarisses is known for its numerous restaurants, 4 of which are among my favorites!
Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll be surrounded by the city's best bars and boutiques. In short, you will not be bored staying in this apartment.And if restaurants, bars and shops are not your main interests, know that you are a 5-minute walk from the Theater, and 10 minutes from the Opera and cinemas! A gym is also available in the area.

On your arrival, you will be greeted by a person from the agency who will give you the keys, take stock of the premises and give you as much information as possible about what there is to do and see in Liège.

Bail
Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:
For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount. For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount. For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount. For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
