Would not come back

The room is bright enough. The balcony would be ideal for smokers.

I texted the day before arrival asking if check-in could be an hour earlier and received no response. A simple no would have been a response, and I would have been okay with it. Called the number on the day of arrival and nobody picked up. It was as if the host was trying to avoid contact with guests as much as possible. The covers of kitchen chairs and sofa were with huge stains. The sofa was very hard. Stairs were unpleasantly narrow and steep. Cigarette butt on the balcony. The water kettle was filthy as well... Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Pleasant

The property is easily accessible by doors with codes. We received the details by private messages. The apartment was clean. Cleaning products were provided. There's a park nearby with lots of trees and nice alleys for a short walk. It's quite close to the center, about 10 minutes walk. There are small shops nearby if you need some water or groceries.

The wooden stairs are very narrow. I read the reviews but I was surprised anyway. The terrace has old, poorly maintained furniture and the view is towards the back of other buildings. There was no water bottle. We could not find the cutlery and we asked the host. It is in a drawer inside another drawer. It's easy to miss it if you don't know where to look. We were three persons. We received two small towels and a bigger one. There was no linen for the sofa bed. We asked the host and we had to fetch it ourselves from the cleaning room. Apologies were offered. The electric kettle was unusable. It was filled with some spooky white substance that might have been some cleaning agent. It had a white deposit that was peeling off in pieces. We did not use it. The water thank of the coffee machine was leaking. There is no small kettle to boil some water for a tea of a turkish coffee. There is no tray for the oven to bake a pizza or something. You cannot see it well in the pictures but there is no door between the bedroom and the shower which makes it quite unpleasant.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse hat es gepasst, fußläufig alles zu erreichen, was uns an Liège interessiert

Die Lage der kleinen Wohnung war toll. Man konnte innerhalb einer halben Stunde alle sehenswürdigkeiten der Staft zu Fuss erreichen. Diee Küche gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar einen Balkon. Das Appartement war für den Preis sehr großzügig, und schön modern und wohnlich eingerichtet, alles hat zusammen gepasst, sogar die Pflanzen.

Es wäre schön gewesen, vor der Anreise zu wissen, wie steil und eng die Treppe ist. Für uns gut zu schaffen, aber wenn mein Sohn den Koffer nicht genommen hätte, ICH hätte den nicht die Hühnerleiter hoch hieven können. Auch die Sauberkeit liess etwas zu wünschen übrig. Oberflächlich war alles ok, aber unter dem Bett lagen Taschentücher und unter dem Schlafsofa sogar getragene Unterwäsche. Auf dem Balkon in der der Ecke lagen Blumentöpfe und ein Mini Grill herum, die Polsterstühle und das Bettsofa waren fleckig.

Un gros bof. Mais je n'étais pas venu à Liège pour le logement

Le logement mérite un gros rafraîchissement. Le canapé lit est à changer. Et le lit dans la chambre qui repose sur des livres pour remplacer les pieds cassés aussi.
