De locatie en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zijn prima; er zijn winkels in de buurt.
Er ontbreken een paar dingen, zoals de afzuigkap in de keuken, en het matras was behoorlijk oncomfortabel. De stokoude tv heeft het nooit gedaan. Er is wel wat verbetering nodig.

Todo en un solo lugar, es privado y está muy bien ubicado. Excelente luz, calefacción, televisor y espacio.
La cama no era muy cómoda y no estaba del todo limpio el colchón. El baño no estaba del todo limpio.

Ce concept de location d'appartement est bon. L'accès est facile. Une vidéo est fournie afin de parvenir à l'appartement souhaité. Les appartements sont spacieux.
Le masquage des odeurs des systèmes d'évacuation des eaux par des désodorisants aux parfums très agressifs. Une décoration assez froide et des finitions pas toujours abouties. Des fenêtres pas faciles à ouvrir ou à fermer. En bref: Il ne faudrait pas grand-chose pour améliorer l'ensemble.
