Shitty place

The price and the free parking

The flat wasn’t clean and it definitely needs some rénovation. Worst of all, when we came back there was a stranger in our flat who had the same réservation and door code…They gave us another flat in the same building, but it wasn’t any better. I definitely cannot recommend to stay there!

Your need to be comfortable to be nude in front of strangers.

The apartment provides value for money. It is cheap and the apartment is ok for 2 nights.

I was under the shower when 2 strangers entered the apartment. I finished my shower and then had a look what happened. I was in naked in the apartment with a couple. So I got dressed and I was asked what I was doing in their apartment. I showed my booking documents and the door code and we verifed that we were both were provided the same door code. The man of the stranger couple was a french speaker who called the Studio Filo number and they got a different apartment. In short in my nearly 50 years of life I have not experienced such a disorganized host that has put me in such a situation.

Unfortunately, I can't write anything positive , I hope the photo explains it…food with bugs left in the microwave from previous travelers, owner forgot to clean up. The parking lot that I could rent for 5 € the owner said several times that it was full and there was no space for me, which is not true two days completely empty. I don't recommend it to anyone. The owner doesn't care about customers. if you expect cleanliness and the attention of the owner, look for another option

First, they weren't willing to communicate with me in English, just keep replying my messages in French. I understood with Google translate, but please... Than, the entire place stank by cigarette, everything, also the bedsheet and the towels. I also found ash on the sink. The parking place was next to a garbage dump, but the biggest problem was the temperature. The heating and the isolation of the windows were absolutely not efficient, it was 10°C in the room.

Like a sauna!

Checking in was really easy with codes sent by the host straight away. Kitchen was good with enough utensils and all appliances worked well.

Impossible to sleep as the studio was so very, very hot in spite of the outside temperature being ok. The windows facing straight into the afternoon sun with no shutters nor proper curtains turned the studio into a sauna. There was no fan unfortunately and the flannelette sheet made the bed even hotter. The street was not too busy at night but flights could be heard already at four in the morning. Sleeping was really hard!

It was close to where i needed to be

Bathroom smelt fusty. There was air fresheners that where trying to cover up the smell but they where not pleasant either. I think the problem was the water boiler over flow pipe after spraying some odour neutralizers down it the smell went away. Parking was a problem I would have happily paid for parking . Parking was offered on the front of the property but the shop / takeaway was always blocking the spaces with no regard to the signs saying for the filo parking only When returning late on a night it was hard to find somewhere to park. I gave up in the end checked out early and changed locations

5mins stay from where I needed to be the next day. Easy access for check in, thanks to the passcode system and great communication from the staff. Had everything I needed for a value for money overnight stay.

Todo en un solo lugar, es privado y está muy bien ubicado. Excelente luz, calefacción, televisor y espacio.

La cama no era muy cómoda y no estaba del todo limpio el colchón. El baño no estaba del todo limpio.

Bon concept mais quelques corrections à apporter

Ce concept de location d'appartement est bon. L'accès est facile. Une vidéo est fournie afin de parvenir à l'appartement souhaité. Les appartements sont spacieux.

Le masquage des odeurs des systèmes d'évacuation des eaux par des désodorisants aux parfums très agressifs. Une décoration assez froide et des finitions pas toujours abouties. Des fenêtres pas faciles à ouvrir ou à fermer. En bref: Il ne faudrait pas grand-chose pour améliorer l'ensemble.

Intéressant appartement pour une nuit

Un appartement spacieux avec un bon chauffage et une bonne douche combinée italienne, Calme de l'emplacement, parking aisé dans la rue COmmunication très pratique concernant le digicode

Dommage que le parking devant l'appartement était partiellement occupé par un grand sac à débris de chantier, rendant son emploi impossible Emploi de couvre-lit en jersey un peu rugueux
