A beautiful, well-located apartment with a fantastic terrace – perfect for a relaxing stay in Liège.

The apartment was stylish, clean, and very well equipped. I especially loved the modern kitchen, the cozy living area, and the beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy grilling in the evenings. It really added a special touch to the stay. The location was perfect for exploring Liège, with everything within walking distance. The view from the balcony was lovely, and the host was very responsive and friendly.

Only one day and glad it was only one!

The bed was ok

It was tired, lots of broken things like a broken cupboard, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, no tv apart from Netflix no tv stations, no WiFi even though we contacted them the replied settings didn’t work and then they didn’t reply again. The three story climb up the steep staircase is for under 40 year olds unless you have mountain goat blood running through your veins. The local area was far from celubrious. Uphill walk to the town centre. We would not recommend booking this venue due to the items mentioned.

Nice apartment with crazy staircase

The location is OK (15 min walk to city center). The apartment is recently renovated and decorated nicely. The self check-in works well.

The staircase leading to the apartment (no warning provided) is very intense. Don’t bring any suitcases! There is no elevator. Also we felt that the apartment could have been cleaner (shower, bed linen and coffee maker especially). Also for some reason the apartment has a strange smell every time you enter

Worst experience of my life

We were absolutely exhausted when we arrived, If it wasn't for the fact that we drove 15 hours, we would've left straight away. We left the propert the day after at 12 midnight. The actual property looks totally different to the photos. The kitchen floor is damaged, mold in the bathroom, bedding was dirty and there actually was sperm on the sheet, absolutely disgusting. The spiral staircase is terrifying and the state of the walls are terrible. The neighbourhood is run down and dirty and if you're there with your family, you really don't feel safe. This really ruined our very first trip to Belgium. I would not recommend this property to anyone specially to families with children

Liege is style

it is a great apartment. The stairs are a narrow climb. So may not be great for small children etc. TV with Netflix a real bargain and space is large and tastefully decorated. An over and microwave all good

Nice apartment for a short stay.

The location in a very neglected part of the city, with kebab as the only dining option. In addition, the apartment was located on the 3rd floor with very narrow and steep stairs (not easy with a suicase and a small baby).

Great value for the price

The apartment itself was well equipped and the fact that there was free on street parking was a huge bonus. I contacted the host before arriving and they gave me some great tips on places to go. We got it for a great price and it really was lived up to our expectations

There are 3 very steep flights of stairs to the top, which were not the easiest to climb, and we were 2 fit people in our 30's so this would definitely be an issue for older people or people with a lot of baggage. I was also not aware of the cleaning fee of 35 euro prior to booking, and when we arrived into the apartment it was not that clean. The fridge contained left over cheese from a previous guest, there was some debris left in the drawers around the sink and we had to buy our own toilet paper as there was not much left. Also there were 3 bins available to use but only bin bags in one. Given these issues I think the cleaning fee is far too steep.

Really neat, clean, and modern apartment including all facilities you’d need! Also, the host was very hospitable, friendly, and quick to reply to our messages. We’d definitely recommend the place :).

For two young women like us taking the steep staircase to the third floor wasn’t a big problem but if you’re impaired in mobility this may be a bit of a hassle. Besides, the accommodation may want to consider having a fire escape ladder (and an extinguisher) because it felt a bit scary that the staircase was our only exit.

Schade dass es leider nichts gab um zu gefallen. Das einzige gute war dass es von Zentrum nicht weit entfernt war.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr schwer zu erreichen, mein Taxifahrer musste sie extra anrufen dass sie mir die Infos über Check in zuschickt. Danach begann der Spaß zuerst die Treppen die wir hochlaufen mussten mit große Gepäck war grad nicht so lustig. Es war sehr schmutzig leider es gab kein Klopapier, es war keine bezogene Decke nur zwei Kissen worauf ich die Gastgeberin aufmerksam machte und ohne eine Entschuldigung hat sie mir geantwortet dass es unten ein Lagerraum sei und ich es von dort holen kann und selber beziehen kann. Die sofa war komplett schmutzig was die Gastgeberin abgestritten hat und meinte die hätten es professionell gereinigt. Es stank sehr im Schlafzimmer. Die Schrank war auch nicht zum nutzen. Die wlan funktionierte nicht habe mehrmals angerufen und am Ende als ich böse war hab ich von unteren Stock die WLAN pass und WLAN erhalten. Es gab keine Spülmittel gar nichts. Habe selber einiges eingekauft. Leider war ich enttäuscht von alles.

Appartement bien situé mais très mal géré

Au premier abord, et sur les photos, l'appartement est moderne, grand, cosy et très propre. Il est bien placé, à 20 mn à pied du centre ville. Toutefois, au 3ème étage (grenier), avec un escalier très raide, il vaut mieux avoir une bonne condition physique pour y accéder

MAIS... De la poignée de porte d'entrée de l'immeuble jusqu'aux rideaux des velux, en passant par le mitigeur de l'évier ou le placard de la chambre, on ne compte pas les éléments déglingués ! Aucun entretien !!! Du côté de l'hygiène, ça laisse sérieusement à désirer : en particulier vaisselle pas lavée, matelas et canapé tachés. Question accueil et informations sur l'appartement, c'est le néant intégral. Gestionnaire injoignable, code WiFi non fourni, notices des équipements absentes. Et même le papier toilette et le liquide vaisselle qu'il n'y avait pas... À noter aussi que la porte de l'appartement ne peut pas être verrouillée de l'intérieur...

Absolument rien ! Sale et pas très aimable.

La propreté : le canapé est IMMONDE ! Pas de draps et serviettes : il faut se débrouiller pour aller les récupérer dans une buanderie qui n'est même pas indiquée. Donc vous galérez à chercher SEUL ! La personne ne répond même pas aux questions que vous posez. Elle dit que tout est expliqué dans le site de booking mais ce n'est pas clair. Vaisselle très rare et très sale ! Et le pire est que une fois à l'intérieur de ce logement LA PORTE D'ENTRÉE NE FERME PAS !!!!! Et cette fois encore le propriétaire vous ignore et ne répond pas aux messages ! C'est honteux de louer un appartement sans même être un minimum serviable et bienveillant, la personne gagne simplement du fric avec un bien non conforme au "cocon " décrit sur le site. Attention : 3 étages sans ascenseur dans un escalier hyper etroit et raide !!!! Pas top pour les jeunes enfants et les personnes avec un handicap. ++ pas de télécommande et donc pas de TV alors qu'elle est censée y être ! Pas de rideaux dans la cuisine, pas de papier toilette !!!! Logement sous les toits : pas de climatisation ne de ventilateur : il y fait très très très CHAUD !

Appartement agréable mais pas accessible à tous (escaliers étroits et raides)

J'avais déjà occupé cet appartement il y a deux ou trois ans, donc j'ai loué en connaissance de cause. L'appartement est sympa, avec une grande douche très agréable et un équipement correct auquel il ne manque pas grand chose. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et le frigo branché à notre arrivée était un plus.

Avant tout le canapé lit a besoin d'un nettoyage unen profondeur, ce qui n'était pas le cas lors de mon précédent passage. Il y a pas mal de taches très douteuses. Ensuite une tenture pour occulter la grande fenêtre serait un plus, de même que deux ventilateurs pour les journées caniculaires.

Tolles Apartment für guten Preis

Schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Kochutensilien genügend vorhanden und sauber. Auch der Rest vom Apartment war sauber. Einfach einchecken mit Code und gratis Parkplätze in der Staße. Zu Fuß keine 10 min in die Innenstadt.

Apartment war im 3.Stock und nur über eine sehr enge Treppe zu erreichen, mit viel Gepäck mühsam. WC Papier und ein paar Decken fehlten.

Очень грязно, нужен косметический ремонт, нам дали только один комплект белья, хотя нас было трое, отопление не работало, хорошо что был маленький электрический обогреватель, полотенца грязные, диван в пятнах, кран на кухне нуждается в ремонте и чистке, не рекомендую
