St Catherine

We stayed at St Catherine in Liège for 4 nights and overall had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, and the bathroom was nicely fitted. The check-in and key process was smooth, and once we settled in, the stay felt comfortable. I was initially a little hesitant because of the neighbourhood, but the apartment itself was good and worked well for our trip.

The main improvement area is the upkeep and finishing of the rooms. A simple fresh paint job and slightly better attention to cleaning/detailing would make the property feel much brighter and more premium. One of the windows also did not have a curtain, which should ideally be fixed. Another practical issue is that carrying luggage to the upper floors, especially the third floor, is quite difficult without any assistance. It would be helpful if there was some arrangement for guests with heavy bags during check-in and check-out. We had a good 4-night stay at St Catherine in Liège. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. The location can feel a little rough because of the neighbourhood, but the stay itself was pleasant. With better cleaning, a fresh paint job, proper curtains, and some luggage assistance for higher floors, this place could become much better and even feel more premium. Overall, a comfortable stay with some clear areas for improvement.

Emplacement au centre ville

Étage double non précisé, 6 étages au lieu de 3. Attention aux personnes qui ont des soucis de genoux. Pas de volets aux fenêtres, les stores ne protègent pas du lever du jour. Manque 1 store, obligé de mettre une serviette bain.1chaise pour deux, c'est top. Lampes chevet sans pile. Pas d'indication pour la télé en espagnol, pas d'accès aux programmes TV France. La personne n'est pas intervenue pour dépanner. Pas de piles dans boitier télé pris celles télécommande climatisation. Pas de freezer dans le frigo. Le ménage et propreté pas bien fait, saleté sous les fauteuils (toile au plafonnier, sol tâché côté salon sous le fauteuil et côté. Mur tâché dans salle de bain. Manque un porte manteau salle douche et tablette dessus évier. Tablette de salon bancale, les pieds ne tiennent pas. L Odeur très désagréable sans doute des remontées évacuation. Faudrait laisser une bombe désodorisante. La taxe payée de ménage n'est pas justifiée.

La ubicación y tranquilidad del alojamiento fue lo mejor

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, so dass die Innenstadt von Lüttich zu Fuß gut erkundet werden kann. Das Appartement ist gut geschnitten. Im Haus gibt es die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen.

Über die Großbaustelle gegenüber der Unterkunft liefen gleich zur Begrüßung die Ratten. Die Gasse wird wegen des fehlenden Durchgangsverkehrs (Baustelle) von Junkies für den Drogenkonsum genutzt. Obwohl das Appartement an sich gut ausgestattet ist, gab es viel Unerfreuliches zu bemängeln: das Bett war anscheinend nicht frisch bezogen, die Bettwäsche zerrissen, der Abfluss in der Küche war undicht. Unsere Fahrräder mussten im engen Hausflur abgestellt werden.
