Large apartment! The hosts made sure to keep it stocked with everything we needed, even coffee and a pack and play for my son. They were easy to get in touch with and very helpful. The location is really nice, walkable, close to a lot of restaurants and shops and the cathedral. Even though the apartment is in a busy area of town, it is quiet in the building. The only thing to be wary of is that the entrance to the building might be hard to navigate for handicapped people and baby strollers, and the hallway smells very strongly of cigarette smoke, but you cannot smell it at all from inside the apartment. Not even a hint. I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Liège!

Small and safe flat

The flat was very clean and contained most of what I needed for my stay of a week. I was very impressed with the safety: there are two strong glass doors in the front of the building that can only be opened with a digital key, with a gate that is locked at night and on Sundays. Plus a camera in the hallway. This was very important to me as I am a young woman travelling solo. The flat was at the back so no noise from the street; however you can hear some music on weekends from the streets and you do hear the neighbours entering and leaving as the hallway is hollow and echoes. It was fine otherwise. I liked the central location: all buses from Quai A at Liege-Guillemins go to the flat and take 5 minutes. There is a Carrefour Express less than 150 metres which was very useful for groceries. I found the owner to be very friendly and helpful. I used Liege as a base and only spent a day there: I loved the Cathedral and Parc Boverie. Otherwise it has super connections to the rest of this bit of Belgium (when the trains run on time!) as well as Maastricht and Germany.

Perfect for a short city getaway

The apartment is basic but clean, and more than adequate for the price. Both then main bed and sofa bed were comfortable. It's perfectly located in the cathedral district with lots of lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Because it's on the 3rd floor and at the back if the building it's practically silent and night. The hosts were very helpful and flexible with arrival times Overall I would definitely recommend.

appartement adapté pour deux personnes. En plein centre de la ville, il est idéal pour visiter et sortir dans Liege. Ce qui compense l'absence de vue ( donne sur une cour ) . Week-end prolongé dans cette attachante ville belge. Sympa.

L'appartement est en plein centre de Liège, à trois minutes d'un supermarché ouvert tous les jours jusqu'à tard. Il correspond à la description faite sur Homelidays. Bien équipé : TV avec chaînes françaises et belges, minichaîne avec lecteur de clé USB, grand frigo, cafetière... Grande chambre avec bureau. Beaucoup de rangements. Seuls regrets : - connexion Wi-Fi fonctionnant par intermittences - lavabo de la salle de bain minuscule (mais bonne douche) - odeurs de tabac froid dans le couloir de l'immeuble Attention aussi aux radiateurs, qui sont bruyants lorsqu'ils sont en marche. Heureusement, on peut les couper pour la nuit. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Bien pour deux.
