Pleasant Property - would book again if in the area.

Lovely accomodation, clean, tidy & comfortable. Host was welcoming & took the time to show us the facilities. There were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, washing up liquid, tea, coffee etc. The rooms were comfortable, I expect it's usually quiet, but we stayed during a storm, so all we could hear was wind & rain. Free on-street parking outside the house.

We had to wait for the host to arrive with the keys, as she got delayed elsewhere - it could have done with a key lockbox. It wasn't really a problem for us, but as a warning to those with mobility / knee issues; there are a lot of stairs, as the property is on 4 levels; the bathroom is in the basement.

Great location and the host is very helpful and kind! the house is great, fully equipped and clean! rooms are at the second and third floor. the stairs to the third floor are a bit tiny but all in all a great deal! we couldn’t use the terrace but looked very great, same as the pictures!

Lovely place for up to 8 people.

The owner is super friendly. There are plenty of rooms and the dining area is nice and very large. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equiped.

The bathroom is in the basement, this is not very comfortable for older people or in our case, a pregnant woman. It can be better advertised on the property page.

Séjour décevant, le logement ne correspondant pas totalement aux photos et aux prestations annoncées

Les photos de l’annonce ne correspondent plus à la réalité et semblent dater de plusieurs années (canapé, fauteuils, banquette, tête de lit différents). La propreté est insuffisante : sols, hotte, radiateurs, escaliers, rampes et plafond (toiles d’araignées) ne semblaient pas nettoyés. Le ménage est fait de manière très sommaire. La cuisine est annoncée comme bien équipée, ce qui est trompeur : une seule petite poêle pour un logement pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, équipements très basiques et en état moyen. La salle de bain au sous-sol, qui comprend l’unique WC (mis en avant dans l’annonce), est peu fonctionnelle : pas de rideau ni de barre de douche, plafond très bas (inadapté aux personnes de plus d’1,80 m) et WC très bas. Les escaliers sont également contraignants : marches hautes, escalier du 2ᵉ étage raide et plafonds bas. Les aménagements intérieurs donnent une impression de réalisation non professionnelle, avec des doutes sur la conformité de certaines installations, notamment électriques. Nous n’avons pas constaté la présence de détecteur de fumée ni d’extincteur. Une caution de 150 € a été demandée hors Booking (restituée immédiatement après le départ). Globalement, le logement ne correspond ni aux photos ni aux prestations annoncées.

De bedden en de hoek bank waardoor hèhè gezellig bij elkaar kon zitten. Fijn dat er koffie, thee ed was.

Dat er maar 1 wc was en deze was heel vies, ook veel stof onder bed. Douchen in bad was ook niet comfortabel want je kon je douchekop niet ophangen

Schmutzig, ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Betten ok. Größe vom Haus.

Hier fehlt eine komplette Grundreinigung. Schmutziges Geschirr vom Vorgänger im Geschirrspüler, Schränke von außen schmutzig, Böden dreckig. Das Bad im Keller sehr schmuddelig… Alles in allem wirkt es sehr dreckig.

Dobra lokalizacja, 10 minut samochodem do centrum Liege, bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z właścicielką, wszystko zgodne z opisem, super wygodne łóżka

Przydałoby się odrobinę więcej uwagi przykładać do czystości, jedna łazienka na poziomie -1 z toaletą na 8 osób trochę mało, dość głośno od ulicy, w upalne dni na poddaszu dość gorąco, brak ręczników ale zostałem o tym poinformowany z wyprzedzeniem

alors j’ai adoré ! la maison est vraiment magnifique, les lits super confortable, tout était génial globalement! 😁 malheureusement, il n’y avait pas de papier toilette. ont ne savaient pas que c’était à nous d’activer la chaudière pour pouvoir se laver donc malheureusement nous avons pas pu en profiter. personnel à l’écoute et bienveillant ! 😁

4 slaapkamers, mooi terras met ligstoelen. Alles wat je nodig is aanwezig.

slaapkamers boven en hoge trap. 1 wc in de badkamer in de kelder dus snachts naar de wc is wel een uitdaging als je helemaal boven slaapt

Wir haben ins in den 2 Tagen wohl gefühlt, trotz ein paar Abstrichen.

Ansprechende Küchen- und Wohnzimmergestaltung. Sehr schöne Essecke. Auch die Schlafzimmer waren ansprechend gestaltet. Im Frühjahr/ Sommer ist die große Terrasse + Grill sicher ein großes Plus. Wir haben uns in den 2 Tagen wohl gefühlt.

Leider war es nicht so sauber (Boden und Küche, insbesondere der Kühlschrank!) und es fehlten Frühstücksteller (nur 3 da). Gläser und Tassen waren dagegen reichlich vorhanden. Das Badezimmer hat eine Duschwanne - eine Dusche wäre bequemer.

Après une arrivée dans le noir et froid, on s’y sent vite bien!

Le nombre de chambres et une belle pièce à vivre pour 8.

Une toilette pour 8 et située à la cave. Il serait intéressant d’ajouter la procédure pour le branchement de l’électricité et de la chaudière car très froid quand nous sommes arrivés et dans le noir…Pas d’électricité, ni d’eau chaude, ni chauffage dans le logement.
