About this villa rental
Holiday home with private private pool, located in the exclusive Marina Rubicon area, in Playa Blanca, south of Lanzarote. Spacious and furnished apartment with high quality furniture. 3 bedroom villa with 2-3 bathrooms, exceptionally equipped for your maximum comfort. Maximum capacity 6 people. Very comfortable and bright living room with sofa, satellite TV, HI-FI, DVD and free WIFI. Separate kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board. Full bathroom with hair dryer. It has a private and outdoor private pool, a small garden and barbecue. The terrace is very sunny and is furnished with hammocks, chairs and a table to enjoy it at any time of the day. Parking space (private) included in the apartment. Customer reception service in our own office, with qualified personnel, maintenance service and customer service 24 hours a day. Our clients will also enjoy a WELCOME DETAIL that includes: milk, water, juice, coffee, chamomile, tea, sugar, Cola Cao and cookies. Free cleaning at the entrance and exit, as well as an intermediate cleaning for a minimum stay of 7 nights, with bed linen and towels included in the price. Cleaning and change of sheets and towels once a week. There is a more regular cleaning service with additional cost, consult if you are interested. Pool towels available, for rent (ask). Non-smokers except in the outdoor areas (balcony and terrace). One pet per villa is admitted (on request) of up to 8 Kg. And with a cost of € 10 / night. Tidy, clean villa, in a lovely quiet location, very close to the Rubicon Marina.
15-20 minute walk to the busier Playa Blanca.
Property was very clean on arrival; plenty space, indoors and out, for 6 adults.
All comms with property reception were very quick and issues resolved very quickly.
Only downside, was that VRBO listed the property as having air conditioning, we complained to the property reception as there was no air con in the villa. The listing was subsequently updated during our stay.
Unfortunately this was high on our list of requirements and had an impact on our holiday. Ie there was just no getting away from heat, even during the night.
