Luxury 3-bedroom villa with heated private pool - in Marina Rubicon, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

This was a great villa, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space and heated pool was excellent for our family stay. The beds were very comfortable and good to have a washing machine that we used often. The villa location is very good with a short walk to the marina , beach, shops and restaurants. Alban's communication was great too and the check in/check out process was simple. We would definitely return to the villa

The villa was lovely, and so was Alban who was very helpful throughout. Check in was easy and we had all the information we could ever need in advance of our arrival. The villa was neat and tidy, and there is a pool cleaning service twice a week. There is everything you could need in the kitchen, and there is a fantastic outside courtyard area to dry your washing should you do any. The location is fantastic too - a 10 minute walk from Playa Dorada, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, parks for kids to play, activities near the marina. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely, and I would recommend it, especially for friend groups such as ours, or it would be ideal for families too.

The upstairs bathroom, and the two non-master bedrooms didn't have locks, and were able to latch in the door frame. This resulted in the doors having trouble staying closed, which created issues for showering and privacy. One of the guests liked to have his window open to keep cool at night, but because the door had no lock, and couldn't latch into the frame, the wind kept banging the door in the frame at night and woke us up. We had to place a chair in front of the door to hold it closed . The same was the case for the upstairs bathroom, which we had to place items in front of to ensure it stayed shut whilst we were showering. Hopefully this is an easy fix, to place a slide lock on each of the doors which should prevent this problem.

It was spacious very clean and the pool was great Plenty of cutlery and crockery if you are a big family staying and cooking in the villa Beds where very comfortable as well

The showers where not the best but useable The loungers outside could done with being replaced as a few where a bit worn
