Building work all around starting at 7:30 some mornings

beautiful villa with loads of space.

building work going on right next door so made outside very dusty and loud - although this isnt the host's fault it did mean we couldnt enjoy the outdoor space much.

Location, Very clean Villa. The outside pool area. Comfortable Sun loungers. Everything you needed was provided. Good communication with the owner.

Dated, smelled fusty. Pillows very hard. One bath towel per person for 2 weeks is not enough.

Very quick to communicate back with any issues and helpful. The Villa's location is very good. Close walk to main parts of plays blanca . The astro grass around the outdoor area was great for the kids to.play on

The villa is a bit dated. A few things didn't work. We stayed for 12 days and didn't see one cleaner. We washed our own bedding etc ourselves in the end. Other places we've stayed have always sent cleaners in after about 7days. The noise around the villa from the other villas being built wasn't very relaxing. While I get that is not their fault a warning would have been nice. The villa stipulates it has air conditioning. This is only in one main bedroom and lounge area and what is failed to be mentioned anywhere in the advertising of the villa is that this is chargeable to use. Roughly about 6 euros for the night for one air conditioning unit. Again other villas we've stayed in have always included the use of the air conditioning in the cost. The villa team did put some money in the meter for us though which we appreciated
