villa sabida, Lanzarote

La casa es perfecta, tiene todo para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Está muy bien equipada, cuenta con todo tipo de menaje, lavadora, lavavajillas, aire acondicionado, 3 tvs, camas muy cómodas, y lo mejor de todo una maravillosa piscina que además estaba superlimpia. Hemos disfrutado mucho. La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos andando de la Marina y a 10 minutos de Playa Dorada, una zona con un increíble paseo marítimo.

Nos gustó todo, el único "pero" y por lo que no le pondría un 10 es que las habitaciones no disponen de persianas y pese a disponer de cortinas, las 2 habitaciones que dan el este les entre muchísima luz en las mañanas.

Location was excellent - right next to the marina, within five minutes walking distance of a beautiful beach with the clearest water I've seen. We walked there every day. There are also plenty of shops nearby, a fab bakers and supermarket around the corner (although there are cheaper supermarkets if you venture a little further and Lidl isn't far in the car!). Many lovely restaurants within ten minutes, and if you walk to the other end of Playa Blanca this takes around 25 minutes along the flat promenade, where there is a variety of further shops and restaurants. The area felt safe for early morning running and for walking at night. The villa had everything we needed and the pool area was lovely. The pool was in the sun all day from around 10.30am but there was sun in the garden all day. The shower in the en suite was great and we all used this one. Plenty of storage to unpack clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a full sized fridge freezer. We could park our hire car behind a gate in the property driveway, which made it feel secure. The concierge was on hand when needed and spoke good English, very friendly. The owners were very helpful and were communicative when we had questions. There was air conditioning in both lounge areas and in two of the bedrooms.

We should have brought our firesticks to use with the TVs as none had any terrestrial channels, either Spanish or otherwise but this was our own fault! There is building work ongoing on the other side of the road from the villa and this did lead to some noise, but this could be heard across all accommodation near the Marina, so there's nothing that could be done about that!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION 2min walk to Marina, shopping center, resturants, taxi rank. 10min walk along coast to beach and town center Villa was clean, had everything you need. Felt like home. Highly recomend.

We paid extra for heated pool it took a couple of days to warm up enough to swim in but this was due to bad storm and colder weather before we arrived. Not the host fault, they were very accomodating and answered questions quickly. There was building work opposite the villa but the noise wasnt to bad and didnt realy bother us. Overall a fantastic stay

The property is in an excellent location, a small stroll away from the Marina Rubicon with a great choice of shops and restaurants. The host provided timely, clear instructions and was very attentive in responding to queries. We have stayed in several of these villas over the years, but Villa Sabida is the best that we have stayed in, with its excellent use of space including a sunroom and very tastefully decorated.

Nothing. Only suggestion would be to include beach towels. Other than that, this property is excellent and cannot be faulted.
