Casa Bill is a beautifully designed 3-bedroom villa located close to Marina Rubicón in Playa Blanca. Featuring a private heated pool, stylish open-plan interiors, air conditioning throughout, and inviting outdoor living spaces, it is the perfect choice for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday close to beaches, restaurants, and the marina.
The Space:
Perfectly positioned close to Marina Rubicón, Casa Bill combines contemporary style with relaxed holiday living. Bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed throughout, the villa offers an ideal setting for families and friends looking to enjoy the very best of Playa Blanca.
The heart of the villa is the elegant open-plan living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and create a seamless connection between indoors and out. A comfortable lounge with a large L-shaped sofa provides the perfect place to unwind, while the dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen make spending time together effortless and enjoyable.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a stylish ensuite wet room, while a second king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom share a modern family shower room. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.
Outside, the villa has been designed for making the most of Lanzarote's wonderful climate. The private heated swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of space for relaxing in the sunshine, while the outdoor dining area and BBQ provide the perfect setting for leisurely lunches and al fresco dinners.
As evening falls, the firepit creates a warm and inviting space to gather with family and friends, making the outdoor area just as enjoyable after sunset as it is during the day.

Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a comfortable and private setting throughout your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Casa Bill enjoys a fantastic location in a peaceful residential area of Playa Blanca, just a short stroll from Marina Rubicón and the seafront promenade.
Here you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and supermarkets, along with the popular Marina Rubicón market, held every Wednesday and Saturday. Playa Dorada beach and the centre of Playa Blanca are also within easy reach.
With beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment all close by, Casa Bill is perfectly positioned for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday in Playa Blanca.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Thank you so much for providing such a fantastic place to stay—we had an absolutely wonderful week at Casa Bill.
The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our family holiday. The pool and surrounding outdoor area were a real highlight, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Lanzarote sunshine. We made full use of the BBQ—it became a daily ritual!
Your support throughout our stay was greatly appreciated. You were always quick to respond and helpful whenever we had any questions, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free.
Casa Bill had everything we could have needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay, and we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking at dates for our next visit—we can’t wait to return!
One small suggestion would be to consider a more convenient option for using the air conditioning, such as preloading credit or paying at the end of the stay. While it wasn’t a major issue, needing to collect €1 coins was a bit inconvenient at times.

Loved the fire pit and outside area. Inside smaller but enough room .beds comfortable plenty of storage. Kitchen well equipped . Service brilliant - love villas now great staff very helpful .
The showers were slow draining so we had to deal with overflow .as soon as maintenance came out it was greatly improved .
Parking tricky as not much room to manoeuvre if you have a large car - neighbour has bench outside which doesn’t help access to driveway

A lovely villa with three bedrooms with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in and one of the largest pools that we have come across. This was our second visit and we will probably be back again
The living room and kitchen desperately need some sort of blinds as they both get very hot in the afternoon

Stayed in Casa Bill for 2 weeks in March. Place was amazing, clean, welcoming with fanatic views. Pool was maintained regularly and clean. Cleaners came in after a week and respruced the villa. Jayne, the Rep, was very helpful and informative with no intrusion and was contactable any time.
Linen curtains in the lounge would be better to take the heat and sunlight out.
