The villa is compact yet has everything you need. It’s in a quiet location, with mainly long term resident villas around it. There are quite alot of active building works going on around the villa. The villa has all the conveniences of a home. It’s very clean, just a little dated in terms of decor.

It is a beautiful well appointed villa in a good location - close to Marina Rubicón (15 mins walk)
The building work going on right behind the villa. They would start work at 7:30am until 4:00pm. Lots of loud noise throughout the day which acts as a negative if you are looking for peace & quiet
