The villa had everything we wanted. Very comfortable, great layout and great pool, not the biggest but still suited the three of us.

The building works going on right at the back of the villa every day except Sunday. We had no idea of this till we arrived. Also the location was maybe too quiet having to travel to get to restaurants or shops, this we did know about before booking but the villa was too good not to try.

Lovely villa, well stocked with everything you require. Very clean and comfortable with a small pool. Pool man came twice. We usually get a mid holiday clean and linen change but not here. To be fair there's a decent washing machine but you need to buy your own detergent. Excellent supermarket within walking distance and easy access to Papagayo, Mujeres beaches. Highly recommended. Also a beautiful coastal walk to Marina Rubicon.

The issues which will prevent us from returning to this villa, having been to Playa Blanca for 11 previous years, is the huge and ongoing construction in this area. So much so that it backs right up to the villa and we endured every form of building site noise from 8am to 4 pm, for the whole ten days except the Sunday. On top of which we suffered the endless stress yapping of a neighbours dog, virtually dawn to dusk, for the whole ten days. I must stress this is out of the owners control. Perhaps the property description and pictures need to reflect this.
