Está muy bien para el precio que tiene, lo mejor la piscina

Había cucarachas, se notaba que les habían echado algún veneno porque estaban medio muertas pero había muchas. Además la casa se nota que está decorada y amueblada muy barato. La tele aunque es de smart TV funciona fatal.

We had a decent stay at this villa. It is a good, basic property that serves as a functional base for a holiday. Good Basic Setup: The villa itself is a nice, standard property with all the essential amenities you need for a simple getaway. Plenty of sleeping space - 2 double rooms and 1 twin room 2 Bathrooms so no fighting for the shower!

However, several service and environmental issues impacted our experience during our one-week stay in Lanzarote. The swimming pool was not clean when we arrived and was never cleaned once during our entire week-long stay. We requested fans for the property. We were assured someone would deliver them, but they never arrived. Unlike most standard Lanzarote holiday rentals, there was no information file provided to explain villa rules, local areas, or appliance instructions.Our stay was unfortunately disrupted by ongoing building work directly across the road and a very vocal, barking dog next door. Overall, the villa has good potential, but the management team needs to improve their communication, maintenance, and guest services.
