Villas Del Sur 26 by Villas Now Ltd

Villa was excellent in a great location and heated pool. It was 200m from a great supermarket for supplies. It was a 15 - 20 minute walks along the promenade to the marina where lots of great restaurants and bars could be found. You could keep walking along the promenade to playa blanca 15 mins further along. We loved the walk and enjoyed not having a rental car. We did take advantage of the villa BBQ and also cooked a couple of meals in the Villa taking advantage of the great produce at the local supermarket.

This was the worst communication we have ever encountered renting villas or apartments. We were delayed 24hrs and still had not received the lock box number to access the villa. All contact numbers were never replied to and the UK number from bookings rings as not recognised. We were very concerned the villa existed as nobody responded in a timely manner. The only response was from using the booking message the owner service which a reply would eventually come back.

The position was perfect for our needs. The Villa was lovely and very well kept. The pool was lovely and warm. Everything is very clean and in good order. Could not fault it. There was plenty of room. 2 small supermarkets near by, 1 Spanish 1 English.

That the holiday was too short 😭.

Nice villa Very clean pool towels nice touch x clear welcome information Staff were amazing we had no wifi upon arrival and it was sorted straight away . Great bbq area Kitchen had most of our needs we tend to eat in so my only suggestions would be a pizza tray ( as all local shops sell pizza but no tray to cook on and a smaller saucepan . Oh and it took me three purchases to find the correct coffee pod to fit the machine in the kitchen . These are just my needs though . It was a great place for us to stay we are familiar with this area as stayed in this row of villas before. So we were fully aware that it is quite a walk to town . So would definitely advise this villa is for people who are prepared to walk into town ( the bus stop is just at the end of the road so that’s convenient. It is a quiet area they are working on the new villa site across the road but the building noise was very quiet and always finish by 4 pm daily. We really enjoyed our stay Excellent communication from the company thank you all very much for a fabulous stay

Ladder to pool as I am short but knew this before I booked.( I actually can not touch the bottom so obviously would not be suitable for children Example coffee pod would have been brilliant.

Lovely Villa. We stayed as a family of 4. The outside space is amazing and really made our holiday. Loads of space, Completely private, not overlooked at all and really well kept. With a small “coffee corner” courtyard at the back which was a nice touch. The villa had everything we needed. Inside there’s plenty of space aswell. With nice touches like games, Bluetooth speaker etc. The kitchen, although the storage space is limited, had everything we needed and more. There was also a large utility area which was really handy. Air con in bedrooms, TV with all the channels etc etc. Location; There are 2 supermarkets, couple of restaurants and a park a few mins walk away which was really handy! And a natural - black sand beach about 8-10 mins walk away. The shops, restaurants and bars in Coloradas were around a 15 mins walk away or 2 min drive. Playa Dorada beach about 5 min drive and Playa Blanca centre few mins further over. Marina also just a few mins in the car/taxi. We would definitely recommend and return to the villa.

Kitchen storage space is limited. Bit too far to walk to many places for our young children.
