Lovely pool and it was cleaned twice during our stay. Lots of towels. Shop 5 mins walk away. Comfy beds. Had all items needed in kitchen. Lots of sunbeds.

Felt a little overlooked by other villas. Property very echoey - so if one person up early you could hear everything throughout the villa.

Good sized pool for area and price, clean and warm, pool cover to protect it at night. Location suited us, quiet, gated community in an area of villa building expansion on the papagyno beach side, out of the way of the busy area but 5 mins walk to supermarket and 10 mins to harbour. We are all fit and enjoy walking but did have a car that we used to go out for dinner at the other end of the strip a few times. It would be a lot to walk every day back and forth multiple times so unless you have a car maybe not ideal for young children or elderly/less physical people. Modern villa, minimalist style which we like, good space, upstairs bedroom in particular was very spacious and walk in wardrobe, but plenty storage downstairs, twin room is smallest and fine for kids/teens. Has reasonably modern bathrooms x2 and decent kitchen. All basics available as described. Really good WiFi only place it drops slightly is upstairs but otherwise plenty of bandwidth for us to use and watch the odd movie on Netflix. Good sized outdoor space, well maintained and nice gated community and plenty outdoor furniture The booking.com agents were helpful and very responsive when we had a few issues upon arrival. They worked hard to make sure the owner fixed the issues promptly and chased them up. Arrival and villa information was helpful and accurate (gate codes etc)

Lots of doors with locks and decent security measures but at least two of the doors are very hard to open/close and turn lock. More than just stiff needs adjusting. While it was fixed promptly the front door key broke in the lock upon arrival as weakness noticed and likely from additional pressure on key over time because of the design of the unlock. Showers- while pretty okay for a villa (we’ve experienced much worse and better) they non adjustable shower head fixings weren’t great. Downstairs shower is much better space and functionality wise. Plenty of hot water which was good and decent enough pressure but the inability to move the shower head wasn’t great. Would’ve cost much to put better ones in. Fixings felt cheap I imagine they break regularly and taps were loose and a bit corroded. Kitchen is very basic utensils wise. One tray for oven and grill. We ate out or brought take away meals in but did prep lunches and some breakfasts and there was only just enough functionality for this. Don’t expect to properly cook here. Technically you should be able to but not with limited stuff. Some more dishwasher tablets would be helpful. Never understood why they provide 3/4 instead of just giving you 7-10 for a week stay included. It’s only a few cents and means dishes are being done in dishwasher all Week. TV was dreadful in terms of functionality. We had a cable that let us connect our phone to access various streaming apps but nothing like that built in. Bring something to watch or connect with such as fire stick as very few channels and few that were provided were Spanish and German. It also switched on and off at random times and we couldn’t work out if it was a setting or a loose connection.
