The comfortable lounge features a TV with a wide range of international channels, while the dining area and fully equipped kitchen provide everything needed for a relaxing self-catering stay.
The villa accommodates up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the two additional bedrooms are arranged as twin rooms, making the villa ideal for families and friends travelling together. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable night's sleep throughout the year.
Outside, guests can enjoy the private pool area and make the most of Lanzarote's year-round sunshine. A partially covered terrace provides welcome shade during the warmest part of the day, creating the perfect space for outdoor dining, relaxing with a book, or enjoying time together with family and friends.

Villas Del Sur 26 enjoys a fantastic location in Playa Blanca, with Marina Rubicón just a 10-minute walk away. Here you'll find a wide selection of waterfront restaurants, cafés, bars, boutiques, supermarkets, and the popular Marina Rubicón market, held every Wednesday and Saturday.
The nearby promenade is perfect for scenic coastal walks, while Playa Dorada beach and the centre of Playa Blanca are both within easy reach.
With beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment all close by, Villas Del Sur 26 is ideally positioned for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday in Playa Blanca.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning (cooling/heating) is available in all bedrooms and operates via a €1/€2 coin meter. Charges are based on actual electricity consumption rather than usage time, ensuring guests only pay for the energy they use. We encourage responsible energy use to help protect the environment.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

The villa has had lots of upgrading done since our last visit. Astro turf around pool, bar area, outdoor shower. There were also lots of additional items such as karaoke machine, Bluetooth speakers and lots of games to pass the time and a small library of books. It has almost all sky channels. We also got a lovey little welcome pack of Milk, biscuits, tea coffee and sugar. There was a bottle of wine and a large bottle of beer in the fridge along with some Pineapple Juice. Aircon is also provided in the bedrooms.
The Villa is spotlessly clean with a washing machine full oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. It also has a coffee machine that we were left a full box of pods for.
We absolutely love this villa. The location is excellent and we would walk into Playa Blanca and back in the evening. The villa is very secure with an easy to work alarm for peace of mind when you go out.
The service from Guest relations was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble from booking to arrival and duration of stay.
Can’t wait to return next year. Thank you again.
Maybe some extra towels. Nothing else we loved everything.

The villa had everything we needed
Lovely kitchen with coffee machine . The pool area was brilliant and loads of sunbeds and areas to eat dinner and bbq outside. It’s about a 15 walk to the marina and its restaurants
Only about 2 minutes walk away there is a coffee shop , supermarket and lovely Indian restaurant . We loved the villa.
The only negative was the water pressure during our whole stay. It was very unpredictable. We couldn’t have showers a couple of
The nights or use the washing machine . However a plumber did come out towards the end of the stay and fixed the problem and the water pressure was then really really good.

The villa has a nice layout with great outdoor area. Pool is big enough to cool off and the terrasse has a full roof for ample of shaded area.
Kitchen is complete with Microwave, Nespresso machine and a full oven. We used it several times.
Location is awesome. Supermarket is about 5 min away, the UK food store 2 min further. The walk to the marina in Playa Blanca is about 15 min with good restaurants close by. Beautiful Playa Papagayo is 10 min with car.
Service is awesome. Pools was cleaned regulary, linens were changed half way through our two weeks stay. The local team was always responsive. Pretty neat.
Not much to complain about. If six people would watch TV, the sofa is kinda small. And overall, that sofa has seen his prime some time ago. But we were outside.
The TV took a couple on minutes to be understood. Couldn't get normal TV channels to work. This may cause some questions by some clients of yours.
The limitation regarding the use of toilett paper might be annoying to guests. But I guess this is more a Playa Blanca thing.
Kitchen is pretty good, but you may need to look after the glases (not six wine glases). Knives were the usual dull tools you always find in a villa. Pots and pans are good.
