We had a fantastic 2 weeks stay at Gosias villa. The place was spotless on arrival & had everything we needed throughout our stay .There is a beautifal small pool, cleaned weekly & was used a lot during our stay. The rooms are all nice , good wifi , would highly recommend & we will definately return.I would recommend a car but not essential. The nearest supermarket is 10 min walk or 2 mins by car . The Rubicon Marina is a 15 mins walk or 5 by car , where we spent most evenings when we went out & is great for varied food & drink choices . We did however spend a few nights in cooking on the Barbecue & just chilling out . The host ( Gosia) is very easy to deal with & very reactive to any messages you send to her . We had a couple of very minor issues ( no fault of the host ) , reached out to gosia & she resolv ed in a heartbeat

The property is excellent. It is clean, in good condition and pretty much had everything we needed. There is a little bit of building work in the area but otherwise it is a quiet neighbourhood.The owner is really helpful, friendly and super quick to reply.

Lovely villa, good sized rooms and indoor space. Outdoor space really good. Private nice little pool. Quiet residential area. Close to supermarkets, promenade, harbour and restaurants. Good stay for family or couples.

Many thanks to Gosia & Maria for their lovely clean Villa.We had a great time at the Villa it had everything you need even down to the wine glasses and corkscrew.The Villa had ample parking as a car is essential as you can walk to the local shop but as the area is having a lot of on going construction work this walk is definitely a no go in the dark but we knew this on booking but check it out on Google Earth.Just a few improvements needed for our host without being negative.On arrival the steel gate was very hard to unlock this could be made easier, there was a torn and very dirty sun bed we did not know if this had been left for recovering or was awaiting disposal.The bathrooms were very clean and a credit to the team but both bath/shower tap fittings need attention as the water tap diverter did not work properly so half the water went to the shower and the other half went to the bath, so very slow shower pressure, also one bathroom had a new pedal bin the other bathroom had a old rusty bin ?The lounge area could do with a update but the rest of the villa was as the photos, very clean and tidy. The pool was very clean and was cleaned twice on our visit, also the artificial grass was very clean and pleasing to the eye. Once again guys many thanks.RegardsSteve & Mary
