Villas Yaiza

Inside villa was a good size Pool area was new and looked great Had a small issue with the pool which was resolved same day

No notification of building site right next to villa which was noisy from 7:30am to 4pm Stayed for 8 nights with no cleaning service,

Great size Villa for a family. Fantastic location a 5 minute walk to the Marina and a 15 walk to the beach. Great to have 3 bathrooms and a pool, kitchen is a separate room which I like. Bedrooms a great size and beds were comfortable. Host communication was good.

Air con would definitely be a bonus or additional fans, the rooms are warm at night. Pool and pool area gets dirty very quickly but that is dust and dirt from building work nearby so nothing Villa host can do about that. Building work can be annoying, but again not villas fault and wont always be a problem. Avoid booking a taxi transfer with booking.com they never turned up and ruined our last morning leaving us frantically looing for alternative taxi and late for the airport.

Lovely Villa. Very comfortable. Staff were always available via text if we had any issues. Location was closer to restaurants than we originally thought.

Lots of building works going on around which created a lot of dust. This obviously won’t be a long term issue and once finished these Villas will be even better. Only two very small points. 1. Could have done with more than one towel each for the week. When drying the towels by the pool they were covered in dust from building works. 2. The TV was in the wrong location and hard to watch with sun shining in the door.

The location was very good for access to the marina bars and restaurants.

The property was not as shown in the photographs. The property was tired with the furniture being old and mismatched. The overall cleanliness of the property was poor with the soft furnishings and cushions being particularly soiled The pool wasn’t clean and had a covering of sand on the bottom. No instructions were provided on how to use the door entry system. General communication from the property management fell way below the anticipated standard.
