Villas Yaiza

Lovely clean villa, sun on the pool in the morning until at least 7pm in mid August. Nice and spacious with 3 bathrooms and a fully kitted out kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. 3 bedrooms! About a 5 or 10 minute walk to the marina and about a 20 minute walk to playa Dorada beach. The walk to Aldi is about 30 minutes just so you are aware. We had plenty of towels for the 5 of us which lasted us the entire week easily and we were given a lovely welcome package on arrival. I honestly would stay here again it’s absolutely fantastic, we totally loved our holiday here.

The downstairs toilet stunk of sewage but I’m not sure this is the villas fault as there are a few places in playa blanca that do stink of sewage, the 2 showers I used were very weak in terms water pressure and they do take a while to get warm, the en-suite shower tray had a leak to the point that it flooded the bathroom. I’m just being honest here, none of this ruined our holiday at all and we did absolutely love the villa.

Fantastic location and villa. Clean and reasonably modern. Secure doors and windows and super quiet at night. Some building work in the area but with marina rubicon a 2 min walk away id expect all land to be in high demand

Fans provided but 2 out of 4 broken. Could Benifit from air con or atleast ceiling fans. And personally id have the bbq closer to the outdoor dining area. But thats being picky its a fantastic house. I stayed in no13. Very private and well situated

The location was good, easy walk to the marina and into Playa Blanca, literally behind the marina rubicon complex. The house was nice, if a little dated. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms for a family. Nice to receive a large bottle of water upon arrival and a few snacks. Having a washing machine was handy.

The dust from the near by construction site covered everything around the pool and in the pool. There was also construction noise during the week, but can’t be helped. There was no air conditioning in the house and it was extremely stuffy upon arrival. Most nights had to sleep with the windows and blinds open to try and get some air in. Fans were supplied, but didn’t really help much.

The location was very good for access to the marina bars and restaurants.

The property was not as shown in the photographs. The property was tired with the furniture being old and mismatched. The overall cleanliness of the property was poor with the soft furnishings and cushions being particularly soiled The pool wasn’t clean and had a covering of sand on the bottom. No instructions were provided on how to use the door entry system. General communication from the property management fell way below the anticipated standard.
