Beautiful Villa with private heated Pool and Ocean View near Beach

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay, the villa was everything we could have wanted, there is everything you could possibly need, I loved the fact that basic condiments like salt, pepper, oil and spices, tin foil etc have been left by previous guests, we stay in many villas and always end up having to buy basic things like this, we also added to the spices / oils etc, I know it’s only a small thing but little things just really help it feel like home from home. There was lots of little touches like this that made the villa just perfect - we were a family of 5 with 2 teenagers and a 12 year old and there was more than enough space for us all. The pool area was fabulous with a lovely seating area in the shade if you wanted to escape the sun. The pool was heated for our visit and I think in April this was very much welcomed .. the pool was loved by all. The villa is also within walking distance to some lovely little bars and restaurant / park area (if you have younger children). If you are thinking of booking then do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful setting in Las Coloradas. High up with great views. Pool was immaculate. Beds very comfortable. The open layout of the villa was great. A nice walk into playa blanca mariner.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were a few issues that did affect our experience. On arrival, the villa was not ready and cleaning was still ongoing at around 4:45pm, which meant we had to wait before we could settle in after travelling.The pool was clear when we arrived, however after a few days it became unusable and although the pool man did attend, we lost around three days’ use of it. This was disappointing as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose the villa.The main gate was also unable to close properly during our stay. Additionally, while the outdoor space is great with lovely views, the outside furniture is quite tired. The bathrooms inside the villa are also dated and would benefit from updating.With some maintenance and updates, this could be a really lovely property.
