la situation géographique, vue mer ,décoration simple mais de bon goût , propreté , mise à disposition du linge du linge de maison .Efficacité et rapidité de réponse de la société qui gère l'appartement .

Eclairage dans la chambre ( suggestion lumière plus feutrée )

Appartamento in ottima posizione fronte mare, molto comodo e completamente accessoriato. Check-in e check-out semplici e veloci. La zona è centrale e consente di raggiungere facilmente sia le spiagge migliori sia le principali attrazioni.

Durante il soggiorno erano presenti lavori di ristrutturazione che iniziavano presto al mattino (intorno alle 8), risultando piuttosto disturbanti, anche perché l’appartamento non è insonorizzato e si sente facilmente ogni rumore. La vista mare non è esattamente come appare in foto, perché in parte compromessa dal tetto di un ristorante sottostante. Inoltre, l’area circostante risulta un po’ penalizzata da un turismo poco curato, con locali poco caratteristici, e la spiaggia immediatamente sotto la struttura non è tra le più belle. Infine, l’agenzia non ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out e, considerando il costo del soggiorno, non è stato un gesto particolarmente apprezzato

Les équipements sont basiques : Un seul petit torchon ,pas de sopalin. Aucun élément d’épicerie : pas de sel , poivre,huile etc

The apt is amazing, just as described and more and has everything one could wish for. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything, yet private. The best part is the balcony and that fabulous view over Fuerteventura, so close to the ocean you could hear the waves even with your windows closed. My son and I will sure miss watching the ferries coming in and leaving the port, creating gigantic waves :-) Big, comfortable beds, overall good taste and quality in decorations, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, good communication with host.

The downside were the insects around the kitchen areas which the host believes might have been coming from the restaurant under the apt which had fumigated. It was a disappointment and a shame for such a lovely apt. Had we known this in advance, we probably would have made another choice. However, once this issue is sorted by pest control (not just housekeeping), the apt is a 5 star and we highly recommend it.
