Villas Mamma Mia pool heat Private & Jacuzzi

The pool. Nice and spacious villa, great location and the welcome fruit, wine, milk and water was great!

The first aid kit needs plasters and alcoholic wipes as I cut my thumb. Two of the bedrooms could do with mirrors by the doors, the smaller two rooms

Location and facilities I.e the pool

It wasn’t properly cleaned. The showers, floors, edges and windows weren’t clean. This was a shame, as we had to buy cleaning products and do it ourselves.

Location was great and beds very comfortable

Not being able to dispose of toilet roll down the toilet, it has to be binned, trying to retrain kids that -not Easy!

The location was good and the beds and linens were clean. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, utensils etc.

There was no provision of extra bedding to reflect the cold nights. The seating was not comfortable and the downstairs tv room/was very dark. In fact the lighting needs imporoving everywhere. It was imoossible to have a night time BBQ as there was not adequate lighting around the cooking area. We immediately reported a problem with the Swimming pool where we were not really taken serioiusly and although we stayed for 4 weeks it was not properly fixed until the last week. The owner did compensate with a meal at a local restaurant but we were unable to swim for moist of the time. All communication was via Whatsapp only.
