Sea Breeze Villas Lapa and Claca

Perfect location for Marina Rubicon and plenty of car parking and an expansive Villa to say the least with plenty of room all around. The outside pool area with the hot tub and the day bed were especially nice aspects of the Villa for me and the pool was beautiful.

Nothing to not like at all. Although we had to call the property company a couple of times for very minor issues they responded back immediately and were on site to put things right within the hour. Seabreeze were a really easy and decent company to deal with.

Gate and House codes were sent on WhatsApp, 24 hours before we arrived. Fabulous outside space, with Jacuzzi, heated pool, a day bed and loungers. A covered outside dining area and BBQ. with an outside TV was very useful to see how the world cup was shaping up! Great service from the host who came round to check all was well. Fantastic pool staff who visited regularly. Really easy walking to both the old town of Playa Blanca (15 minutes) and the fabulous new Rubicon Marinea (10 minutes) with a large selection of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Most certainly an amazing villa and host to which we will be returning to, as soon as there's availability?!

Only because we had it in our Puerto Calero villa 4 weeks ago, a welcome pack would have made a great impression as we arrived quite late. Only drinking water was available, (but thank you for that).
