About this villa rental
A dream villa-duplex where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area. It has a spacious garden, with a mini-golf course, comfortable loungers to sunbathe and relax, in the heated private pool area.
Villa Alegría is a magnificent property located in the southern area of the island of Lanzarote.
It is perfectly equipped and has four bedrooms with a total capacity for 8 people.
The living room and dining room have views of the pool area. The furniture is of high quality and is very well preserved.
Villa Alegría has air conditioning / heating (with additional cost), satellite TV and DVD player and music equipment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: refrigerator/freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and toaster.
In the garden area there is a heated pool with an additional cost, upon request. Its temperature ranges between 26ºC-28ºC maximum.
You will also have special towels for exclusive use in the property's pool.
On the terrace you have individual hammocks where you can relax comfortably while enjoying your stay. There is also a large dining table with 8 chairs and a barbecue area for outdoor meals.
Equally available for your use: iron, washing machine, safe, free Internet access (WiFi), outdoor parking area, television with international channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

A small sandy beach located in the heart of the town gives the place its name. With a marked fishing tradition, the town of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to becoming a point of interest not only tourist but also cultural, whose port allows maritime connection with the neighboring island of Fuerteventura.
The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo, where the first documented conquistadors entered, still maintain an aura of mystery as they are located within the Natural Monument of Los Ajaches with its almost two kilometers where you will find several coves of golden sand and turquoise-colored waters.

We had 9 days in Aril/May in this beautifull villa. Very special were the six midgetgolf tracks. We enjoyed the every day. The villa was very well taken care off.

Nice villa in a good location Needs some attention in some areas and if it is to ve described as magnicent then it needs to have an upgrade on equipment. No barbque equipmentv, only 4 place mats and no drinks coasters despite most tables being varnished wood coasters

We were very happy with this villa and had a great family holiday. Only issue we had was that we didnt realise we had to ask fornthenpool to be heated

The villa alegria is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos, the garden was hugeee excellent for families with children. The pool is heated to a good heat and comfortable to get in on a hot day.
