La villa è tenuta bene ed è pulita
Ottima la posizione, a 10 minuti scarsi in auto dalla zona negozi/ristoranti e all'imbocco per la Playa Papagayo. Bellissimo l'ampio balcone con yacuzi riscaldata e veranda dove passare il tempo.
Personale disponibile, per qualsiasi esigenza rispondono in pochi minuti

Posizione top vicina a tutte le spiagge più belle dell’isola, staff gentile e disponibile, appartamento bellissimo con tutti i comfort necessari
I vicini che hanno fatto 10 giorni a lamentarsi di dove parcheggiavamo, letteralmente stavano appostati alla porta di casa loro e appena arrivavamo uscivano a dirci di spostare la macchina

Communication was excellent and hosts were very welcoming. The villa ( Sur downstairs flat) was clean, homely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a washing machine, dishwasher and all the utensils required for self catering. Privacy on terrace by the pool was excellent.
We knew that the location was residential and that it would be necessary to walk to reach the coastal promenade and bus stop. We love Las Coloradas though and chose it for the peace and quiet.
Having a car would be useful for someone who is unable or would prefer not to walk far.

Mariana , Raúl and the team were absolutely outstanding. The property was super. Such a lovely quiet area. The property had everything you could want. Umbrellas, chairs and toiletries. The welcome pack is a really nice touch. We’ve been here twice and can’t wait to come back again. It’s like home without the rain 😂
