Communication was excellent and hosts were very welcoming. The villa ( Sur downstairs flat) was clean, homely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a washing machine, dishwasher and all the utensils required for self catering. Privacy on terrace by the pool was excellent.
We knew that the location was residential and that it would be necessary to walk to reach the coastal promenade and bus stop. We love Las Coloradas though and chose it for the peace and quiet.
Having a car would be useful for someone who is unable or would prefer not to walk far.

Mariana , Raúl and the team were absolutely outstanding. The property was super. Such a lovely quiet area. The property had everything you could want. Umbrellas, chairs and toiletries. The welcome pack is a really nice touch. We’ve been here twice and can’t wait to come back again. It’s like home without the rain 😂

Location was quiet, yet within walking distance to all
Amenities and a number of beaches.
Property was very clean.
When we needed to reach out to owner, response was immediate.
Shower pressure very weak
3 out of 4 of the gas hobs on cooker were faulty or only worked intermittently.

Very nice accommodation, with everything needed for a relaxing time in Lanzarote. 30-minute walk (or 10-minute drive) to the best beaches of the island, in the Papagayo coast. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that was needed to cook at home. Very nice terrace and loved the jacuzzi to relax in the evening.
