Appartement très bien conçu avec une surface habitable bonne pour 4 personnes et très moderne . Un toilette indépendant avec un grand lave main , plus un autre dans la salle de bains est très intéressant quand on est 4 personnes . L'ensemble de la cuisine est très bien et la présence de plein de choses alimentaires est très bien géré et très intéressant . Par contre , l'entretien de certains éléments sont moyens . Une fenêtre de chambre qui ferme mal , la porte en verre du bac a douche que l'on ne peut pas fermer ainsi que beaucoup de traces de moisissures sur les parois en mosaïque de la douche et du bac . Un drap de lit complètement usé et déchiré à certains endroits . Au final , l'entretien et le ménage sont moyens .

Le logement est bien situé pour visiter à pied le Porto historique mais le secteur est très bruyant. L'activité des bars le samedi soir ne cesse que vers 05:00 du matin et les locataires voisins sont aussi très bruyants. L'éclairage dans la cuisine est plutôt faible mais c'est quand même tout à fait acceptable comme appartement.

What a lovely place. This is a beautifully designed and decorated property with lots of natural light, and lots of space. A short walk up from the street, and a terrific location in town make it a good bet for a handy location to see the sights. There is a good market a few steps away, and many good restaurants nearby. The host was terrific and very kind and most helpful. The shower is a good on with good pressure....
The single issue I had was.noise. Despite double glass windows and blinds, noise from the street can be heard easily, and also footsteps and voices from overhead and adjoining walls. Unfortunately, because I'm a light sleeper, I had difficulty sleeping, but still, I enjoyed the apartment.
