Great location, quieter than other areas but plenty to do, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket less than 2 mins walk. Easy to get to other areas. Informative & helpful host. Plenty of kitchen items for self catering although we only had quick breakfasts as plenty out there to visit & eat good food. Shop a must for essentials if you are looking to self cater.
Great area if you like wine & port of course!
Small balcony in the front room for people watching, not big enough for sitting ( back room has bigger balcony but single beds).
Room was spacious, kitchen divided off completely so that was good. Good size bathroom.
Plenty of sockets. Room was light.with the double french doors & good lighting in the studio room we stayed in.
Building has a lift so no issue with a heavy case or bags of shopping.
Area felt safe.
Hob didn't heat up properly but oven & microwave were fine for our stay so not major issue. Would stay again 😊

La ubicación es excelente, la rua tiene todo muy cerca y es una zona segura. Los equipos y electrodomésticos funcionan muy bien
La ducha se para atorando, parece que le falta mantenimiento y el internet le falta potencia para una estadía larga

• We had a room facing to the backside / garden only, so it was very quiet for a large city
• We had a small balcony with a narrow view at the garden
• Separate 90 cm wide beds ... not the narrow 140 cm for two people
• Relatively large apartment with lots of space to store your clothes
• Broken toilet brust, so we had to reach into the toilet twice
• The plug "system" of the washbasin is a bit tricky, so at first, the sewer would drain off barely and we had to reach into the sewer to lift it manually. Took a bit before we got the trick so that it stayed in place
• When we used the hand towel for the first time, there was a long hair entangled in it
• Even though there is a regular-sized washing machine, there is only space for 5-6 shirts to hang ... and that in a non-vented room. According to the info page on Booking, there should have been a clothes horse but there was none and the owner confirmed that
• We couldn't fully roll down the most important blind (missing 50 cm) and orientation of the window / glass door is eastwards
• Could need more dishes and cutlery
