Good space and light, kitchenette facilities excellent. Balcony was a lovely place to sit, relax and watch the neighborhood cats. Everything we needed to do/see was walkable. Supermarket nearby was clean and met all needs. Easy walk to Metro.

Excellent location, close to the city center, quick access to subway, public transportation, supermarket… Since the apartment faces the interior of the building, noise from Cedofeita street is not a problem. Easy communication.
The musty smell: the building probably had a flood or something, and probably humidity accumulated inside. With poor ventilation, the musty smell is pervasive from the building's entrance to the apartment. Very bothersome. The choice of blackout curtains is not ideal for blocking light, which impacts sleep and rest, since the windows face east and the sun enters very early. The use of a shower curtain in an apartment of this value is incomprehensible and unpleasant.
