The apartment was very nice and spacious for two people. Isabel, our host was great, she gave us plenty of recommendations of where to eat and drink in the restaurants and bars which are located near by, Isabel also gave us a bottle of the local port which was a lovely surprise.
We would definitely stay here again.

Its clean,comfortable,modern, there’s supermarket nearby, walking distance to all tourists attractions, the owner , Isabel, is friendly and personally greet us and gave us her homemade porto wine that we love. She let us check in an hour early as the property is available and communicating with her was easy .
The stairs going to the living room and kitchen is a bit steep just to be mindful for those who have mobility problems but we have no problem with this

Very calm location, easy to get to the city. Very flexible on the booking times which saved our trip.
It was really cold and humid, especially in the bathroom. We showered on the first day and the towels were still wet after 3 days. Adding to that, on of the two electric heaters didn’t work.
