Good communication, rapid response to some minor maintenance issues which were fixed. Well located apartment, the noise was not as bad as expected with the windows shut. Luggage storage available at their office.
Not the best amenities. Eg no kitchen supplies eg no salt, pepper, oil, whisk etc, no cleaning products at all for surfaces, very little dish soap, although did supply some tea/coffee/dishwasher/washing machine tablets.

Appartement spacieux, au 2e étage, sans vis-à-vis, avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner, faire une machine à laver le linge, lave vaisselle, etc. Récupération des clés sans souci (la boite à clé est de l'autre côté de la rue, mais c'est précisé dans les messages de l'hôte). L'appartement est propre et très bien situé, dans un quartier vivant où on trouve tout le nécessaire pour manger et sortir.
Nous y étions début décembre, il faisait inhabituellement froid à Porto à ce moment-là. Nous avons eu un peu froid au départ : le chauffage de la pièce principale (soufflerie) a mis un peu de temps à la réchauffer (elle est grande) et le radiateur électrique de la chambre faisait du bruit, ce qui nous a empêché de l'utiliser en dormant. On sent que l'appartement a un peu vécu, et quelques réparation (notamment le carrelage de la douche) seraient bienvenues. Il y a un peu de bruit le soir, un bar étant en rez-de-chaussée, mais rien d'insurmontable et comme cela était dit dans les commentaires, nous n'avons pas été surpris.

Centrally located, spacious and with plenty of amenities such as a washing machine! Although it was above a busy bar with the windows and doors closed it was very quiet. It was very clean too.
