Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.
Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The bedroom contains a comfy queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Closest Metro Station: Aliados
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included)

The accommodation is really great. It is very well equipped. The terrace is a dream to escape the hustle and bustle and yet somehow be there. At the weekend, however, you have to assume that it will be louder around you. The windows keep out a lot, but not everything. It's just a city centre flat. You can get everywhere on foot without any problems. Communication with the provider was mixed. Basically, all messages are automated. We tried to get in touch with GuestReady for something non-critical (supposedly available 24/7) but never heard back.

Que du positif! Appartement lumineux toute la journée, très fonctionnel, cuisine/séjour/chambre impeccables, grande terrasse avec lever de soleil en prime, emplacement sur rue piétonne dans un quartier vivant. Aucune hésitation à recommander!
