The apartment is very comfortable, spacy, cool.
The bathroom had a smell but that's manageable, just turn on the ventilator and open a window. It smells because there's no ventilation when there are no guests.

Location was fantastic, property was comfortable & clean. Street is busy & noisy at weekends but there was good mitigation in terms of insulation & earplugs. We had the ground floor 2 bedroom apartment & the layout is quirky but everything you need is there, and it worked well.
