The location was exceptional, central with access to everything. Trindade station near by where you can take transportation to anywhere including the beach. Supermarket close by for cheap groceries and perfect restaurants near by. Almost 20mins walk to the famous garden and less than 10 to most of the famous monuments.

Invest in better head cushions for the bed would be perfect, it still didn't bother me much but for my wife it wasn't very good and I agree. Other than that no comments.

There is so much to love about this property! First of all the room is super comfortable, it’s spacious, quiet, clean and has a small kitchen if you don’t want to eat out everyday. The location is also amazing, it’s walking distance to all the main areas, metro and train stations, and there are some very nice bars and restaurants around. I would definitely stay again if I’m in Porto!

Great location in a nice area. There were a couple nice bars just down a few flights of stairs where we conveniently watched the World Cup. Good air conditioning and comfortable room.

Apartment was smaller than expected - the double bed and sofa bed in one room with a small kitchen area. It was still comfortable but probably smaller than usual apartment style hotels.

The location is good with nice restaurants around and close to the metro and bus station but I am not sure about the safety of the area. There was an iron provided and a hairdryer.

The room was not cleaned properly as we found spots on the floor and the sheets, pillows and towels had dirty spots as well. In the shower there is mold. Even the stairs at the entrance were dirty and they were never cleaned during our 4-day stay. There were shampoo and shower gel but not hand soap. The sponge for the plates was old and used before. The mattress was uncomfortable. Last but not least, at a phone call we had before our arrival, they were a little rude.
