The location is great, the apartment is cozy and has everything you need.
It might feel a bit too small due to the access to the bed but it is fine.
The floors of the building are quite noisy.

it is a very central location, easy to walk around and see the various sites.
i was not aware that there would be major construction next door, this goes on from about 7:30 in the morning to 7pm each night, no construction on saturday and sunday. also when they say you have a balcony, it is not really a balcony, unless you are a bird, you won't fit so you can't sit on the balcony and even if you could you wouldn't want to due to the construction.
