A favorite of Pensacola Beach vacationers, Baker's Dozen Bungalow (located at 1001 Maldonado) offers four-bedrooms, four-baths, and a location just one easy block from the beach and a private, sparkling saltwater pool - perfect for friends and family gatherings. Event-friendly too! Comfortably sleeps13.
On the home's first level, you'll find the living room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a master suite with king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, private bathroom with tub and walk-in shower; another bedroom with queen bed, and a hall half bath. Bedrooms on the 2nd level includes another master suite with king bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and lovely partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. The fourth bedroom serves as the perfect kids room, with one twin over twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed and a private full bath with tub.
At the end of a sun-soaked day at the beach, enjoy a relaxing cookout around the saltwater pool (non-chlorinated) - owners have provided a grill for their guest's use. Complimentary wireless internet and flat screen TVs provide entertainment for everyone at the end of the day. House also features convenient outdoor shower. Gas grill. Pet-friendly too!

This house is perfect for a big group, particularly a group that includes kids. There are two huge master bedrooms first floor and upstairs) with lots of closet space, a kids bedroom with a two-bed bunk bed and a single twin bed. There’s a downstairs small bedroom, with its own balcony, and a double bed. There’s a large living room/dining room with comfy chairs and couches, a breakfast area, lots of storage space, huge washer and dryer, good dishwasher, pretty. pool, grilling area. If it’s raining, the kids can still play beneath the house (it’s on tall piers). The Gulf is 1 block away. There are deep porches with chairs and tables on the second level surrounding almost all of the house. The downstairs master BR has its own stairway to the pool area. The linens and decor are really really attractive. We had a cookout for 25 folks four days ago!

The property's location is excellent! Very spacious, and the pool was an added bonus. The kitchen is dated but functional. We will definitely book again next year.

The house was clean but there are a few things that should be done to make the experience safer and better.
The gates to the pool do not work properly, so there is some liability for keeping children out of the pool area.
Some better knives for cooking would be a simple upgrade.
It was very clean and comfortable. It is strange though that there is no exhaust fan over the stove. That would be helpful, as well as an ice machine.
We did have a good time with family, but based on the issues listed, I would not book it again. Those simple upgrades could really help. Thank you!
