Nice place. Really good location if you have booked bench in the beach. Has real good terrace. Apartments are right on lively pedestrian street. Two bedrooms are on separate floors, so privacy is guaranteed.

There are three bathrooms. But water pressure is very very low. Almost impossible to use shower. And the most disappointing thing - it is declared that all bedrooms have double beds, but one has only single. We managed to fit in by using sofa in the living room, but this is not what we were planning for...

Bene ma non benissimo....

La posizione era ottima sia perché era a due minuti distante dalla spiaggia sia perché nelle vicinanze avevi tutto a disposizione,la strada è esclusivamente pedonale ricca di negozi e boutique, appartamento molto spazioso e pulito

Il tasto dolente è che nessuno ti lascia indicazioni x il smaltimento dei rifiuti ed è un vero problema, poi la mancanza del parcheggio nelle vicinanze, essendo una strada chiusa al traffico bisogna munirsi di muscoli e pazienza con i bagagli e poi ci sono le scale un infinita di scale strette.Il condizionatore in cucina aveva un guasto, abbiamo dovuto svuotare di continuo la bacinella fornita dalle struttura...Ci sono sicuramente cose che possono migliorare ....

Appartamento in pieno centro, ma che fatica...

Il clima di Alassio...

Ho trascorso una settimana con mia moglie e la famiglia di mia figlia (due adulti e due bimbi di 1 e 3 anni). Sarebbe stato opportuno esplicitare che l’edificio non è raggiungibile in auto nemmeno per le operazioni carico e scarico. Di fatto, ci si deve accaparrare un posto nella strada parallela per caricare o scaricare i bagagli. Ovviamente, si deve sperare di trovare parcheggio. Nella migliore delle ipotesi, si percorrono a piedi 150 metri. Non mi risulta sia indicata l’assenza dell’ascensore. Comprendo che il palazzo sia nella parte vecchia della città, ma ciò non esimerebbe dal fornire l’informazione. All’arrivo, abbiamo chiesto uno spazzolone per lavare il pavimento poiché non si può soggiornare in un appartamento per una settimana senza passare uno straccio. L’incaricata non ci ha mai più fatto sapere. All’arrivo, la luce della cucina e di una camera non si accendeva (la prima prontamente sostituita, la seconda no in quanto ce ne siamo accorti successivamente). Il riscaldamento è stato avviato solo alle 18, in quanto non era chiaro come si accendesse la caldaia. Il termometro/termostato segnava 12,5°C, una temperatura non idonea a tenere due bimbi piccoli. Uno dei due bagni all’interno dell’appartamento non ha riscaldamento. Con sorpresa, abbiamo compreso che una delle camere è dislocata sul terrazzo, al quale si accede da una rampa di scale a uso esclusivo dell’appartamento. Il relativo bagno è anch’esso sul terrazzo ma per accedervi dalla stanza, si deve attraversare il terrazzo all’aperto… La stanza è riscaldabile solo per mezzo del condizionatore. Per quanto la presentazione su Booking suggerisca la disponibilità di alcuni “accessori” di base (vedi carta igienica), tengo a confermare che non ve ne era traccia, nemmeno un rotolo su tre bagni. Così come dei kit da bagno di cortesia o di un semplice tappetino.
