I recently had the misfortune of staying at Domus Napoleone Bonaparte, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. I traveled with my family, including my elderly mother who has Parkinson's disease and very limited mobility, as well as my three young children. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the area was not suitable for us. My mother struggled immensely to reach the apartment due to the lack of accessibility, and the environment was downright unsafe. There were drug addicts and dealers loitering right outside the building, making it a hazardous place for my children. The apartment itself was far from what was advertised. The cleanliness was abysmal; within minutes of walking around, our feet were filthy (see attached photos). The main bathroom had mold, posing a serious health risk. Additionally, there was no fire extinguisher in the apartment, and there was no clear information about the pricing displayed upon entry. Despite immediately contacting both the landlord and Booking.com customer service, the response was inadequate. The owner offered a mere €300 refund, which does not even begin to cover the cost of finding alternative accommodation. This stay was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against booking this apartment. It is unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

it is spacious.

we could not stay at the property. The listing did not describe the distance from where one could park, and that there was no lift inside. For 3 older women, it was not feasible. it was also dark inside the hallway stairs and there was no view. The location was far from the sea and is an uphill 20 minute walk. Not good for persons who are infirm, unfit or aged.

it’s like staying in grand grandma’s crypt. Dark, cold and full of tacky decorations. The beds are of low quality and the one I used was squeaking. The bedroom in the master suit was impossible to use since the noice from the bar below made it impossible to sleep.

The property is 5 mins walk from the city centre, the house is spacious and the owner is very easy to contact.

La pulizia, il riscaldamento, la posizione ottima e i fantastici affreschi

L’emplacement est idéal , au cœur de la ville. Appartement bien agencé et pratique avec ses 3 salles de bains.

Un peu bruyant la nuit à cause des discothèques en bas de la rue. La maison manque de vaisselle (pas verres à pieds) et d’ustensiles (tire bouchon) .

L’appartement est magnifique, les lits sont super confortable, les salles bains sont parfaite avec des miroirs bien lumineux pour ce maquiller c’est parfait ! Il est très spacieux on s’y sent très à l’aise ! Ma famille et moi même sommes très content et avons appréciés ce grand appartement ! Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle ils répondent très rapidement et vous aide si vous avez besoin d’informations sur la ville ! Tout était parfait !
